gap in their talent pool• It was determined to identify core competencies to look
for in leadership candidates• Core competencies were identified and used as a
recruiting tool for the organization, both internally and externally
• Core competencies were incorporated into their Employee Development Dialogue (EDD) which is their performance evaluation tool
