He is a facilitator-mentor and a dedicated researcher, helping schools in India and abroad since last 25 years. He has been engaged in various consultations
& programs and guided many schools as well as students and parents in India, Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Thailand etc to achieve excellence.
He has worked with all Indian boards – CBSE, CISCE, State Boards as well as schools of International Boards and supporting National Accreditation Board for Education and Training as well for the cause of quality improvement. He has participated in national and international level discussions on education related policies. He works closely on various international research projects and was an invitee for UNESCO International Conference for Research Paper Presentation twice in 2016 and 2018.
Completed Graduation in science; Post-Graduation in Business Management with specialization in HRD; Masters in the branch of Humanities and research in Policy Studies for Master’s of Philosophy and Doctoral work. In addition to academic qualification in all streams – Science, Arts and Commerce he possesses 18 professional qualifications recognized internationally.
Passionate about being with nature, he spends time in understanding the marvels of Indian heritage and birding along with photography.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Objective of the Training Program would be to create an environment of learning and practicing. We would be working in all earnestness to ensure that all delegates imbibe this doctrine.
2. Once Imbibed, we would be expecting each individual to bring these concepts into day-to-day practice and bring this philosophy in action through his colleagues.
3. Programs have been designed with hardcore research by Professionals over a period of time. We therefore do not advocate or recommend or allow any delegate to try and copy this program in terms of content etc. and create his or her own program for commercial use or otherwise.
4. The Delegate should be dressed in formal wear throughout the sessions 5. The Delegate should be punctual for all sessions as per the session plan 6. The Delegate would ensure that the participation and issues that would be discussed would be related and
in line with the Objective of the Program 7. The Delegate would ensure proper behavior for the entire duration of the training program. 8. No Sexual Harassment (as coming under the definition of the Indian Law) would be tolerated during the
entire training program. We have a strong policy against any such incidents or complaints and may lead to but not limited to police complaints and other official actions.
9. The Delegate would not be allowed to have food inside the training hall. The Entire food and other refreshments would be served outside the training hall.
10. No Smoking will be allowed in the Training Hall and in the Non Smoking Areas as designated by the Accommodating Hotel. For Residential Programs-
11. The Stay Arrangements that would be provided to the Delegates would be from 1 evening before the program i.e. 6 pm onwards and the check-out would be 6 pm on the day of the finishing of the program i.e. 6 p.m. on 0th day of Training and 6 p.m. on last Day of Training. The Stay Arrangements would be done on a sharing basis in a decent hotel with proper food facilities.
12. All the Travelling Costs including local conveyance etc would be borne by the delegate 13. The Delegate would be served Vegetarian Food Only. 14. No Alcoholic Drinks would be served/entertained during the entire duration of the Training Program 15. No Companion/Colleague/Friend/Visitor etc of Opposite Sex would be allowed or entertained in the Hotel
Rooms provided to the Delegates. Spouses can share the same room on providing of desired and demanded proof.
16. The Delegate would be provided with Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner in a Buffet System. No Room Service for the above would be provided.
17. Any Additional Food/Snacks/Telephones and other facilities utilized by the delegate which has not been officially provided by us, the delegate would have to bear the cost and pay the dues to the concerned Hotel.
18. Any Other facilities other than mentioned above may not be provided by us. In Case if it is possible for providing the same, it would be arranged for at additional cost.
