TekniTeed NG is a leading component parts vendor and engineering services provider house in Nigeria that specializes in the distribution of industrial machinery OEM spares, IAM replacement parts and the provision of associated industrial MRO services to a network of industries in the manufacturing, oil & gas, processing and production chain. The company is wholly Nigerian-owned and was incorporated as a private limited liability company under the laws of the Federal Republic of

Nigeria. TekniTeed NG is operated by a team of experienced and time-proven professionals with a solid background in manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, metal processing and the production industry.

With main office in Lagos and SBUs at Ibadan, Agbara, Port-Harcourt and an International office in Cameroun,

TekniTeed NG began operations in Lagos State, Nigeria on September 2010 and was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act

Operations at Oluyole Industrial Estate, Ibadan, Oyo state, commenced on October 17, 2016 and on January 22, 2017, TekniTeed NG began operations at Agbara branch. TekniTeed NG was ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified on August 28. 2017.
