The training effort included, amongst other things: The Impact of Ethics; Ethics Defined and Pertinent Regulations; Cornerstones of Ethical Conduct such as Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Improper Acts, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts/Gratuities, Establishing a Culture of Integrity. The training concluded with tests of personnel understanding to underscore the importance of such behavior. Transformed Compliance Culture to Exceed Expectation Set Forth By FSG 8B2.1 – Delivered to DOJ / SEC We transformed a global compliance culture to meet the expectations of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guide- lines 8B2.1. The program created a new cross-function executive leadership structure focused on the develop- ment of risk, ethics, and compliance. Activities included the sourcing and implementation of a global, on-line, on-demand training university for suppliers, employees, and international channel partners. New employees received on-boarding training and roles, responsibilities, executive metrics, and job descriptions were modified to change behavior. Best-in-class on-line policies repositories and a new policy/procedure methodology were implemented. The Result: Compliance fully integrated into every facet of the client’s business culture.
