2.3 Project Monitoring

Project Monitoring , is a tool that allows ourclients be they Promoter/Investors, Operatorsor Financial Institutions, to monitor themanagement of the projects in which they areparticipating without interfering with them.

dpm® provides Project Monitoring servicesduring the execution and development phasesof the project, as well as during operation andmaintenance.

1 Comprehensive control of Invoicing.It makes available an exhaustive control of all billing, which the funded project produces, by any of the agents involved in it, including a special monitoring and analyzing of certificates of work, in order to ensure that the statements fit the work actually executed, both in the amount measurement as in the concepts of same.

Monitoring montly performanceEvery month we issue a report in whichthe economic situation of the work isanalyzed and justified by reporting thepayments to be made, in case they needto be adjusted to comply with thecontract.

Fiscalization of the project.We monitor the project from any othercomplementary perspective being able todeepen the economic monitoring weoffer, or perform a check on deadlines,quality of work, analysis of the suitabilityof any intervening agent, technical riskanalysis, and architectural orengineering project audit, among otherservices.
