Over the last 50 years Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI®) has established itself as a leading supplier to the recreational vehicle (RV) and manufactured housing (MH) industries. LCI is a division of Drew Industries and specializes in enhancing the mobile lifestyle through a broad line of products and components, including chassis, axles, upholstered furniture, electronics, awnings and more. Lippert Components is known for listening to customers, identifying unmet needs and delivering excellent solutions to fill those needs.

Formed in 1956 in rural Michigan by Larry Lippert, LCI has grown from a small family-owned business into a billion dollar public company (DW: NYSE). In 1978 Larry’s son, Doug, took over the company and Larry’s grandson, Jason Lippert, has led LCI since 2003. With three generations of family leadership, Lippert Components has developed into a multi-state, multi-facility organization, with a deep appreciation for its talented employees and loyal customers.

“A brand for a company is like a

The Lippert Components® logo must always have sufficient clear space around it to “breathe" for maximum impact and visibility . Maintaining ample clear space around our logo will ensure sufficient prominence and set it apart from nearby text, photographs, boxes or illustratives .

The Blue area at left and below indicate the minimum amount of clear space required around the logo, calculated by taking 25% of the final logo diameter size and applying it to all four sides . The two examples show a logo width of 1 inch, which means the space around both the vertical and horizontal versions should be 1/4 inch . If the logo diameter is 1 1/2 inches, the clear space around the logo needs to be at least 3/8 inch . If the logo diameter is 2 inches, the clear space around the logo needs to be a minimum of 1/2 inch .

CLEAR SPACE

MINIMUM SIZES

Proper logo size is vital to presentation and readability . Make sure the logo is applied at a confident size that is not overpowering (too large) or understated (too small) for the application .

The primary logo should never appear smaller than 1 inch in print or 75 pixels on the web . The landscape version should never appear smaller than 1 .5 inches in print or 100 pixels on the web .Primary Logo

Effective November 1, 2013, Lippert Components, Inc., (LCI®), requires a minimum advertised price (MAP) on all products manufactured, distributed or sold by LCI® or any of its divisions, affiliates or related entities. The MAP will be supplied by LCI® and described in a price list for all dealers. This pricing shall only be adjusted by LCI®, at its sole discretion. The MAP does not apply to advertised dealer option pricing of LCI® products which are installed by the OEM at its facilities.

Objectives1. To ensure dealer-product relationships are consistent and

value based.

2. To maintain proper positioning of all LCI® products in the marketplace.

Guidelines1. Dealers may advertise all LCI® products at or above the MAP.

2. A dealer shall not advertise LCI® products for a price less than the MAP.

3. Dealers are strictly prohibited from removing or altering any labeling, or re-labeling or re-packaging any LCI® product, packaging or material.

4. The MAP will be conveyed to dealers in a price list on or before January 1 for products offered for that calendar year. Updates will be provided throughout the year for new products. All information will be updated and available on the LCI® dealer website.

5. The MAP policy applies to all advertising of the LCI® products in all media, including, without limitation, billboards, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, brochures, direct mail, retail flyers, television, radio, e-commerce, forums and dealer internet sites or any other method which uses the hypertext transfer protocol (“http”) or any internal link to a web based shopping cart shall be considered advertising for the purposes of this policy.

6. Any advertised price, coupons or discounts, whether verbal or written, which results in an effective advertised price lower than the MAP will be considered a violation of the MAP policy.

7. LCI® will not allow discount codes in print or verbal on any LCI® products.

8. LCI® will occasionally suspend the MAP on product(s) for promotional or closeout purposes. All dealers will be notified via the LCI® dealer website, email or directly from their LCI® representative.

9. LCI® reserves the right to adjust the MAP on any products at its sole discretion. LCI® will provide at least five days advanced written notice in order to apply the changes equally to all dealers.

10. The MAP policy applies to advertised prices, not in-store “selling prices”.

11. Intentional or repeated failure to comply with this policy will result in dealer price increase, shipment suspension, dealership suspension or dealership termination.

12. Questions regarding planned advertising can be submitted to your LCI® representative.

13. Marketing support is available directly from the LCI® marketing department.
