Mobile Price Plans Proposal For the Staff of Singapore Airlines Ltd
1) Registration guidelines:
Each Staff is entitled to sign up 3 new lines or 2 new plus 1 conversion (with Equipment Upgrade). Please bring along original identity documents together with proof of employment eg. Staff
ID/Agent ID/ Letter of Employment for registration: For Singaporean /Permanent resident: NRIC
For Foreigner: (a) Employment Pass that is Type P1, P2, Q1, Q2 or S with at least 12 months validity before expiry and passport or (b) Work Permit Pass with at least 12 months validity before expiry and a $300 Deposit ($800 Deposit for iPhone).
Employee (termed as Bearer) buying on behalf of another colleague (applicant), please bring along his/her original NRIC & staff pass for registration.
2) Conversion for existing SingTel Mobile Subscribers For conversion requests, existing SingTel Mobile line must NOT be on any price plan promotion or
package (e.g. mio/ 3+9/6+6/$0 promotion etc) and must be done concurrently with an equipment upgrade (12 or 21mths).
3) Terms and Conditions The CIS offer is applicable for staff of the above stated company only. CIS Applicants need to be of
age 18 years old and above on the date of application. The CIS offer is only valid for service plan subscriptions and equipment undertakings of 24 months. For conversion requests, existing SingTel Mobile line must NOT be on any price plan promotion or
package (e.g. mio/ 3+9/6+6/$0 promotion etc). The CIS rate can be enjoyed for 24 months from date of application. After which, the subscriber’s
mobile line charges will revert to prevailing public national promotion rates. Public national promotion rates in respect of Classic and Premium price plans will be subjected to tiered discounts under the In Touch Loyalty Program. Value-Added Services are applicable to new line sign-ups only. Autoroam service is not applicable to applicant below 21 years old and work permit holders.
4) Downgrade Penalty/Early Termination Charges (i) In the event that customer transfers, terminates or suspends the subscription prior to expiry of 3
months from the date of commencement of the subscription (“Minimum Subscription Period”), SingTel Mobile shall be entitled to impose early termination charges which shall be computed as follows:
Number of calendar days remaining of the Minimum Subscription Period x List Price* / 30 +
Equipment Contract Penalty corresponding to the respective service plan as set out in Table A
*List Price depends on the type of price plan as set out in Schedule 1
(ii) In the event that customer transfers, terminates or suspends the subscription after the Minimum Subscription Period but before expiry of 24 months from the date of commencement of subscription, SingTel Mobile shall be entitled to impose early termination charges corresponding to the respective service plan as set out in Table A.
