FacultyBrig Sushil Bhasin was involved in active training inthe Indian Army for 34 years. His training experienceranges from grass root level of training recruits to themacro level exposure in ARTRAC where he wasinvolved in formulating training policies and doctrinesfor the Indian Army. He has been an instructor 4 times,including teaching Higher Command Officers. He alsocommanded a training establishment in Bangalore.As Chairman Army School Bareilly, he got the inspiration from students to divert his attention to Value Education. He did his B Ed in 2003 and an Education Leadership Programme. He is a member of ASCD and AEE (Association of experiential Education).He is the Co Chair of the IAG of AEE. He presented a workshop in Florida, USA in Nov 2011Sushil represents India in the international Council for self-esteem.EMPOWER has conducted various camps for schools and colleges.We have had value learning experience with IES MCRC : PUNE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS : RUSTOMJEE BUSINESS SCHOOL: DY PATIL COLLEGE : NDA KHADAKVASLA : besides many schools 71. Mr Anil BhasinAnil Bhasin has recently taken pre-mature retirement asManager, Inflight Service Department, Air India after aglorious service of 36 years. A post-graduate inSpecialized Hotel Management, he has a long and variedexperience in travel and human relations, having, onoccasions, dealt with difficult situations andemergencies. He has travelled extensively around theglobe for work and leisure to over 35 countries, spanningall the continents. He has also attended a marketingworkshop conducted by Boeing. As the new MD ofEmpower Activity Camps, Anil Bhasin brings with himvast experience in administration, management andhuman relations. 72. Col Naval KohliCol Naval Kohli has served the IndianArmy for 24 years. He has richexperience in human resourcedevelopment and has specialised in thefield of training. He has held instructionaltenures and has commanded variouslogistics units.Col Kohli has served in Somalia under theaegis of UNITED NATIONS PEACEKEEPING FORCE and has been awarded aFrench Army medal for distinguishedservice.He has attended the Art of Living Course. 73. Neelu Grover Neelu is a certified trainer for a wide range of courses for child and youth development. She is also qualified in TTOT @ EMPOWER. Her speciality lies in creative thinking and life skills. Her special interests include TRACE and ASSET. She has worked passionately with children for over 12 years. Neelu has been working with EMPOWER CAMPS for the last 4 years and is a lover of children and admired by their parents. Member of the AEE 74. Anand MehtaAnand is an Alumini of IES MCRC. He is anentrepreneur and runs a unique business ofmanufacturing and selling designer poojaware.He is a passionate trainer and does this as ahobby. Anand is a certified Outbound Trainerfrom EMPOWER ACTIVITY CAMPS.Anand is a recipient of Youth Icon of theyear award from Lions International across205 countries He is also a winner of IES Business Tycoonaward for entrepreneurshipA member of the AEE 75.
