– Depression would be next to Heart diseases in

the Global burden of health challenges

~25% depressed in USA / EU

< 30% are deeply happy

General Approach for Training

• Each Training session is tailor-made to suit participants'

needs

• A meeting with stake holder to clarify expectations of

Leadership precedes the training delivery
