WHO ARE WE?
EYE – CON is a construction company which started full operations in Ghana in 2012.
EYE-CON specializes in marine work, piling and shoring, General Construction, Roads andInterchanges.
EYE-CON is the mother company of Pile and Shore Company Ltd. (ALINSHAA Group) inLebanon, and the partner of Awdeh Steel (ASCO) also in Lebanon.
EYE – CON has a Class 1 certification from the Ministry of Water Resources, Works andHousing.

Our hallmark is delivering projects on time whilst maintaining the highest quality standards basedon a planning team which implements and manages the project sites with professionalism.
EYE - CON possesses all advanced machinery and equipment needed to ensure a safe and fastconstruction process.
EYE - CON possesses a professional team in finishing, so in all our tasks we design, build andservice projects.
At EYE – CON we prioritize safety and till date we have not recorded, not even any minor injuriesat any of the sites that we have operated. We always make sure all the labourers are safety inductedand the safety officer is always on site to insure that international level safety measures are met.
We take environmental management into consideration and we have the capability and the capacityto construct buildings that comply with international laws of green buildings. However in Ghanagreen construction is still viewed as expensive, but is slowly being taken into consideration indevelopment projects. In the long term there’s huge savings in maintenance costs, and a healthyincrease in life span of the building itself.
At EYE – CON, we never compromise on quality and have experts in managing that high qualitythroughout the whole project process.
Our research department is always exploring and investigating the best and new technologies thatare emerging in the construction industry. We ensure use of the best equipment and appropriateprocesses for the best results.

1. KANE-EM INDUSTRIES LTD in North Industrial Area is one of a kind project, thetallest steel building in West Africa of 25 meters high erected in only 20 days.

2. COMFORT PLAST Project in North industrial area was the kick start of EYE-CON inGhana, Two Storey Bank Hall with a 450 sq. meter extension for showrooms.

3. ABELLON CLEAN ENERGY GHANA LTD. Pre-fabricated warehouse done inKumasi in 25 days.

4. Space Plast Ltd Project in North Industrial area is the most challenging project our teamhas faced with building a 5 story apartments inside an existing plastic factory, all theStructural and architecture design was done by EYE - CON team.

5. Lajjimark Project at Ridge, A high standard design for a 6 storey residential buildingwith an earthquake resistant design, which makes the project one of a kind in Ghana.
6. Private Residential house in Sakaman, Mallam is a prestigious project from start to finishincluding complete solar energy efficiency. The project is linking an old house with a newone with a very modern end product expected.

7. New Headquarters for JAY KAY Invest. LTD in north industrial area, 5 story Officebuilding. This building is expected to be handed over in 7 months.

8. Tema Fishing Harbor Phase1
EYE-con was awarded the site preparation and construction of marine jetty and the pipelines forthe new POWERSHIP coming to Ghana to provide electricity.
This project is the first of its kind in Ghana and EYE-CON LTD. is providing all necessary worksto receive such a big ship in Tema fishing harbor. We will be providing all marine works, dredgingwork, civil and steel works.
