CHILLER LICENSE BY HITACHI GAMI AIR-COOLED WATER CHILLERS,

This series of GAMI air-cooled water chillers up to 350 Tons operating with refrigerants, R22 and Green refrigerant R407c has been developed for various requirements of air conditioning systems and industrial chilled water systems, where these equipment are operated under high ambient temperatures of around 50~52°C. Therefore, the units can be utilized under a wide temperature range. These water chillers are equipped with Latest Series A semi-hermetic HITACHI screw compressors. The unit is composed of compressors, air-cooled condensers, plate type water coolers, and other auxiliary and control devices, compactly packaged in a weather-proof cabinet and constructed of galvanized steel plates processed with specially baked resin paint.

Smaller Vibration and Lower Operation Sound: Due to the combination of the most reliable latest Series A HITACHI semi-hermetic screw compressors and smooth-air-vibration and lower sound operation has been achieved, which was almost impractical in the current reciprocating compressor units. Therefore, in most cases, special vibration absorbing curbs are not required by utilizing factory-supplied rubber mats.

utilizes small footprint for installation at site. Adding to the convenience of our customers, this chiller will be shipped in two sections for safe and easy lifting. The structure of the chiller incorporates minimum vibration and low noise design.

This new R134a series chillers are currently undergoing AHRI certification program and shall be certified and listed at the official AHRI website soon.

AIR COOLED SCREW CHILLERS SERIES GAMI NEW DESIGN AIR COOLED SCREW CHILLERS

Products - Standard

Owing to the market demand, our product development and engineering team has conducted extensive research in order to design and develop a completely new series of R134a chillers meeting superior specifications which are mandatory for our region. This newly developed range of air cooled screw chiller is available up to 400 tons in 50Hz and 60Hz power supply and is suitable for high ambient operation up to 52 deg C.

These chillers are equipped with high efficiency semi-hermetic screw compressors from HANBELL which offer excellent part load performance and long lasting robust operation. Each of these chillers will have two independent refrigerant circuits in order to offer redundancy during scheduled maintenance.

The cooler offered in this chiller is direct-expansion (DX) type with shell and tube configuration which is convenient for site personnel to perform cleaning procedure. One of the key advantages is that the chiller has compact design and

GAMI rooftop package units are designed and built specifically to serve the needs of the middle-east and other markets after considering the local regulations, harsh climatic conditions and country-specific demands. We offer a wide range with 13 models starting from 3 ton to 32 tons nominal capacity in R22 and R407c refrigerant. Below are the silent features of our package units: Hermetic scroll COPELAND compressors which offer durability and smooth operation. Thermostatic expansion valve provided for all models as expansion device. Condenser fans of external rotor motor type supported on rubber mounts to eliminate vibration. Evaporator fan and motor also mounted on rubber mounts. All models controlled by PLC and are equipped with compressor / motor protection devices (3-phase protection, high and low pressure switch and overload relays)

Condenser and evaporator coils designed for EER greater than 9.5 at AHRI conditions. Units can operate continuously up to 52 C ambient temperature. Easily accessible components for service and maintenance Belt driven evaporator fan for all models due to which ESP of unit can reach up to 400 pa.

HIGH EFFICIENCY DUCTED SPLIT UNITS Same characteristics as standard units but with higher EER Meets standards of SASO ESTIDAMA ,ESMA , etc.

In order to serve the needs of the residential as well as commercial type buildings, GAMI offers standard ducted split units of smaller range 1 ton to 5 ton with R410a and R22 for the residential purposes and a larger range of 3.5 ton to 35 ton with R407c and R22 for the commercial purposes. Some of the key features are our ducted split units are as under: Single or Double skin casing for indoor unit Indoor unit can have either Belt or Direct driven evaporator fan based on ESP requirement Units are available in 50Hz & 60Hz.

Unit are designed and fabricated for low noise & low vibration Side discharge type condensing units available for residential application. Units operate continuously up to 52 C ambient temperature. Easily accessible components for service and maintenance. Easy Monitoring with use of PLC.

Considering latest energy regulations and the space restrictions encountered by our clients at various project sites, Our engineering team has developed entirely new series of low height type high efficiency ducted split units with range of 9 models starting from 1 ton to 9 ton using R407c refrigerant. Some of highlighted features are as below: High efficiency hermetic scroll compressors Meet the 9.5 EER Low height type indoor unit design with maximum height of 450 mm only.

Direct driven evaporator fan up to 6.5 ton models Belt driven evaporator fan for 8 ton and 9 ton models IP54 rated and Class F insulation condenser motor. Our mono block AHUs are offered in double -skin construction with a rigid insulation layer consisting of a factory-applied polyurethane layer injected between the panels, having a density of 38-40 kg/m3 and noise-reduction properties. This adds extra mechanical strength and rigidity to the panels. It also meets the NFPA- 90A flame spread and smoke generation requirements.

MONOBLOCK AHU MONO BLOCK AIR HANDLING UNITS

GAMI mono block air handling units offers our clients the flexibility and benefits of conventional air handling unit but with compact single-section design with no requirement of any assembly at the site. The range is starting from 1350 cfm to 5300 cfm and is available for both standard and district cooling applications. All the frames of our mono block air handling units (AHU) are made of extruded heavy aluminum profiles, anodized for extra anti-corrosion protection and are equipped with thermal barrier. A full peripheral PVC thermal break is incorporated to ensure no thermal bridge occurs from any internal to external surface.

GAMI modular Air handling units are EUROVENT certified and available in the wide range starting from 1500 cfm up to 45000 cfm as standard sizes. GAMI can also offer customized modular Air Handling unit with airflow up to 65000 cfm upon request. All sections are equipped with a G90 sheet metal base (150 mm height) as a standard feature. A rain canopy can also be installed as an optional feature. Each unit is selected by Eurovent™ checked and approved software. AHU sections (Pentapost design) are formed by connecting profiles with special plastic corner pieces. This type of construction offers advantages such as: - Superior mechanical strength - Construction flexibility - Ease of quick and precise installation of interior components - Ability to completely dismantle unit and reassemble it on site with minimum time and cost.

GAMI boasts of fully computerized and automated, on-premise testing laboratories, which have been certified by internationally recognized third-party certification bodies. To ensure superior product quality, we conduct safety tests and functional tests on all our line of products. We also conduct performance tests at full load design conditions on our product line of chillers and packaged units. Our performance testing standards are in compliance with the standards set by Eurovent, ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association International, Inc.), leading authorities in the field of engineering, refrigeration and air control devices.
