PRE-ORDERWe are pleased to announce that Chef Stephan Dalbec has re-turned to oversee our catering meal preparations. Preorders will be delivered to your Executive Suite or Mezzanine before the game begins. Please note that for the 2019 season, we have made several changes on our menu, and to give you the best possible service, we must receive all Pre-Orders no later than noon of the day indicated in the attached chart. After this deadline, your catering selections will be limited to our “Game Day” menu. An important reminder: all food and drinks consumed in Stade Saputo must have been purchased at the Stade Saputo.

PERMANENT INVENTORYAn inventory of Labatt beer, Umberto Cesari wine and non- alcoholic Pepsi beverages will be available to you in your Executive Suite or mezzanine. **Please be advised that coffee will no longer be provided for free. Coffee can be ordered via the pre-order menu or during the match.

GAME-DAY ORDERSThe Game Day menu will offer a limited selection of “stadium favorites” that can be ordered the day of the match you are attending; orders must be made before the beginning of the second half.

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGESQuebec (QST) and Federal (GST) taxes as well as an Adminis-trative Fee of 15% will be added to your order. As always, any gratuity for the waitstaff is welcome and at your discretion.

PAYMENTBefore your order is confirmed, we will process preauthor-ization of payment of the preorder through your credit card 48 hours before the game. Any food or drink ordered during the match will be billed to the credit card on file, or to any valid credit card given to the hostess on the day of the match.

CANCELLATIONAny order cancellation must be received at least 3 Business Days before the beginning of the game. Failure to cancel will result in 100% of your order being billed to the credit card given to secure your order.

NO SHOWSIf for some reason, your guests will not be utilizing your area for a match, we request that you notify us within 3 business days so that we can make the adequate staffing changes. Failure to do so will result in an invoiced fee of $100.
