Corruption in the Russian football
Sergei Pryadkin - CEO of the Russian football Premier-League. He is suspected of corruption (stealing of budget funds), suspected of a conflict of interest (personal interests of hit own agent business VS development of Russian football.)
Russian Football Union in fact has refused to give a legal assessment of Pryadkin.
In autumn 2011, we (as the Novosibirsk branch of Russian Union of Supporters) appealed to the International Sports Arbitration (CAS, Lausanne, Switzerland) to investigate and evaluate the Pryadkin’s activities . In autumn 2011 Pryadkin sent “fighters“ (football hooligans) to Novosibirsk, which put pressure on the fans and forced to sign the revocation appeal to CAS. Pryadkin temporarily managed to halt the process of reviewing his activities in an international court (CAS)
In winter 2012, we sent two new treatment in the CAS is on behalf of the player Yevgeny Levchenko and Union of Russian football players. The essence of the complaints - an objective and independent review of Pryadkin’s activities as a head of Russian football, which we suspect of corruption.
