INCEPTION OF ENTERPRENUERSHIP
Training for Household business
at WEAN-Cooperative in 1995 (Putalisadak)
Started with two employees including herself
within the walls of her home. Smaller deals fulfilled at initial phase
Marketing was largely handled by WINCORP and
MAHAGUTHI. Self financed initially. No real hurry for pouring
finances.

BIRTH OF AN ENTERPRENUER
A Bag piece demonstrated as a item at Sana-
Hastakala. That was appreciated by a Japanese.
Japanese have funny taste, they like something
magical
With reference to the Same Magical Bag, which
could shrink into various sizes, The Japanese
Offered a Business Proposal!! The deal is Still on and the same Japanese are the
only Clients for Cotton Crafts.

Lessons Learnt
Follow your interests and passion that gives us the Selfmotivation
Its never Too late to start a business/venture thatinterests you, this can influence others.
No matter the Field (Economics in terms of Her),Education does certainly helps
Intellectual families are more likely to produce anentrepreneur
Loyalty and Customer oriented Business model arealways preferred in business Sustainability.
Financial security does provide a base for Risk takingand hence more enthusiasm in entrepreneurship

Local manpower can be groomed to become self
sufficient entrepreneur or any skilled workers for
that matter.
Right Set of Skills and motivations like trainingsand other opportunities to explore does help
generate peculiar interest on work.
Entrepreneurship Supporting Venture likeWINCORP does promote ample Skilled manpower
within the limited resources in Nepal as well.

There is significant reduction in work
enthusiasm once one gets older, hence we can
surely say that in context of Nepal, old aged
Entrepreneurship though is flourishing
requires higher self-motivation.
In the early phases, during inception, Support
in Business is highly demanded and is lowlyavailable in Nepal and hence Entrepreneurship
is discouraged.
