2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Alexandria Riverfront Convention Center Improvements.

3) Introduction of an ordinance declaring certain 900MHz, Hi-Fidelity Wireless microphones as surplus.

4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing

contract with Lott Oil Company for petroleum products and chemical additives for the Wartsila Engines at D. G. Hunter Power Plant.

5) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for water system

improvements Phase 5 Electrical Improvements at Adams Pump Station.

6) RESOLUTION reappointing Mr. Henry Williams to serve on the Central Louisiana Regional Port.

7) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for brass fittings and miscellaneous.

8) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept

the low bid submitted for treated wood poles for the Electric Distribution Department.

9) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept

the low bid submitted for the painting and repairs of McKeithen Drive elevated storage tank.

10) To consider final adoption of an ordinance revoking the southern 3.0’

of a 7.50’ utility servitude which runs along and parallel to the rear or northern boundary of Lot 446 and portion of Lot 445 of Charles Park Addition.

11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for the annual requirements contract for Water, Wastewater, Gas and Electric systems.
