Council Names New LHC Director
In December, the Council announced that Molly Vice will serve as the newLeadership Health Care (LHC) director. In this role, Vice will lead efforts around oneof the Council's key initiatives, LHC, which works to develop the talent of Nashville'shealth care industry emerging leaders through educational programs andnetworking opportunities. Vice joined the Council staff back in 2014 and mostrecently served as director of events and sponsorship fulfillment. More here.
On October 17, the Council hosted a Council Chairman's Dinner for current andpast Board Chairmen. (Pictured l. to r.: C. Council Hosts Networking and LearningOpportunities with Member Executives

2018 Fellows Class
In December, the Council and Fellows co-director, former U.S. Senate MajorityLeader William H. Frist, M.D., and health care economist, Larry Van Horn,announced the 2018 class of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows. The classof 31 senior executives from various sectors of the health care industry will addresschallenges facing the nation's health care system and collaborate toward positivetransformations within the industry.
