Concept
Presentations of studies which are already finished should be the thematically warm up for this meeting. These presentations should show some innovative studies which have been finished recently. After this inspiring start we will continue with the market place, a space to present ongoing research projects or concepts for new studies which are illustrated by posters. They will show the main questions, ideas, challenges of these projects. Starting from short presentations (3‐5 minutes) of each project at the “market place” and some time to get more information by individual contacts (30 minutes) research intervision labs will be formed to develop the projects further. In small groups researchers, experts, trainers und trainees are working together on certain questions that emerged during the research process. The advantages of the diversity of the group will be used to find answers for certain questions but also to open a space for creative development. In the fourth part people who want to continue to work on their own projects together with their partners or people who form new working groups according to their needs and visions have time to meet and proceed. In the presentation of small group work the results of the discussions in the working groups and further steps which are planned will be presented in the plenary at the end.

TRAIN -Towards Research Applied in an International Network of Trainees
We are excited about hosting the 7th meeting of the Research Committee of FEPTO at the Institute for Psychosocial Intervention and Communication Research http://www.uibk.ac.at/psyko/ of the University of Innsbruck http://www.uibk.ac.at/index.html.en as part of the 2nd Symposium for Counselling and Psychotherapy: Research in Training and Professional Practice.
The University of Innsbruck was founded in 1669 and is the biggest and most important research and education institution in western Austria, today comprised of almost 26,000 students and more than 4.000 staff and faculty members.
At the 15 faculties, scientists teach and research in the diverse scientific fields of humanities, natural sciences, social sciences and economics, theology, law, as well as structural engineering sciences and architecture. The University offers a very broad spectrum of programmes and comprehensive continuing education courses and employs excellent scientists – training and education at the highest level.
The students benefit especially from the excellent knowledge and expertise of the faculty members. Since the University of Innsbruck offers all fields of study, it provides the advantage of collaboration between the diverse disciplines, resulting in comprehensive course choices. The Institute for Psychosocial Intervention and Communication Research is part of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and provides amongst others a complete programme for students who want to become psychodrama psychotherapists. This programme was developed together with the Psychodrama section of the ÖAGG (Austrian Society for Group Therapy and Group Dynamic) twenty years ago.
Innsbruck – the Capital of the Alps – was two-time host of the Olympic Winter Games (1964 and 1976) and has a history of 800 years. Amidst the charming Old Town, a classic Austrian hybrid of Gothic and Baroque, you will find Innsbruck's greatest tourist attraction and certainly its most characteristic landmark: The Golden Roof. The city of Innsbruck is suffused with the spirit of the Habsburg dynasty. Emperor Maximilian I completed the magnificent “Goldenes Dachl”, Leopold I founded the university and Maria Theresa’s association with Innsbruck involves both the joy of a marriage and the sadness of a death. Beside all history Innsbruck offers a magnificent view to the Alps that you will enjoy.
