BACKGROUND

GETTING IT “RIGHT” THROUGH ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES

“The program is designed to assist the selected counselors to identify the “right” students in their

schools to go through the Yayasan Khazanah scholarship interviews.

The operational definition of “right” students to be used in order to achieve this objective is the

possession of strong intellectual performance and well-rounded „soft‟ skills. In other words, the

programme aims to guide the counselors in recognizing the pool of students with „holistic‟ talents to be

shortlisted as the scholarship interviewees.”
