Long life span

The vacuum tank is completely hot-dip galvanised both inside and out. The same applies to the anti-vibration sub frame. Corrosion is prevented and the whole ensures maximum life span.

Smart investment

This unit is sharply priced and suitable for placement in the trunk of a pick-up truck, on trailers or light vehicles that require a modest investment. The low weight (from just 360 kg) results in more loading capacity. You can take more toilet cabins and fresh and vacuum water with you.

The TYPE 2 allows for cleaning and emptying about 20 to 25 toilet cabins per day.

Available in two versions

The TYPE 2 is available in two versions: the TYPE 2 600/200 and the TYPE 2 800/200. Both versions have 200 litre fresh water tank. The 600/200 version has a 600 litre waste water tank. The TYPE 2 800/200 has a more spacious tank capacity of 800 litres.

Safety

The unit has all safety measures required, such as over pressure and under pressure safety valves. A double safety valve prevents over-suctioning. Furthermore the moisture separator (including second ball valve) protects the vacuum pump by discharging moisture that comes along with air. The second ball valve is an extra safety to prevent over- suctioning.

The TYPE 2 is the smallest unit in the ROM assortment of toilet servicing equipment. Small, but powerful! It was designed for fast and easy emptying and cleaning of portable toilet cabins. Because it is compact and lightweight it can be placed on light vehicles or onto a trailer. It even fits in the back of a pick-up truck. It's not without reason that it has been a best seller for years on end.

Separate tank systems

The unit has a 1.000 litre vacuum tank and a 400 litre fresh water tank. The tanks are completely separated meaning faeces, moisture and oils will not contaminate the fresh water.

Integrated engine-pump combination

The engine-pump combination is integrated in the machine. The optional cover allows for good protection of the unit from all weather conditions. At the same time, the cover offers a clearly visible place for advertising messages.

The FLEXI 1000/400 allows for cleaning and emptying of about 25 to 30 toilet cabins per day.

For 3½ ton vehicles

The vehicle mounted installation will be delivered with a reliable Honda petrol engine and is appropriate for mounting onto 3½ tonnes vehicles. A normal driver's licence suffices.

Maximum capacity and space

The compact measurements and low weight (from just 380 kg) offers more loading capacity (cabins and fresh / vacuum water).

Basalt grey tank

As with all FLEXI's, this version has also been fitted with a basalt grey tank. The darker colour greatly reduces the formation of algae due to UV-light. In addition, the tank looks good for a lot longer.

The FLEXI 1200/800 pick-up unit is executed with a Honda petrol engine. Because of the compact dimensions and the low weight, the unit is appropriate for mounting onto practically any vehicle type with a maximum allowed total weight (GVW) of 3,5 ton. In this case, a regular driver´s license is sufficient. The machine has a capacity of no less than 1.200 litres waste water and 800 litres fresh water.

Toilet cabin lashings

The unit is furnished by default with telescopic toilet cabin lashings on both the front and the back side to secure and transport toilet cabins in a quick and safe manner.

The FLEXI 1200/800 allows for cleaning and emptying of about 30 to 35 toilet cabins per day.

Flatbed cargo floor

The FLEXI pick-up weighs only 450 kg and is designed especially for vehicles with a flatbed cargo floor. Just like all the other FLEXI toilet service units the FLEXI 1200/800 has integrated forklift tubes for easy lifting of the unit and mounting it onto a vehicle.

The entire operating of the unit is at ergonomic working height and everything you need is placed within reach. In this manner you can not only work faster, easier and safer; working ergonomically is better for the body and it ensures less absence due to illness.

Supplied complete as standard

As standard, the unit is equipped with all comforts such as a high pressure installation, telescopic heavy-duty toilet cabin lashings and several safety measurements. Besides this, there is a vast choice of unique options such as a synthetic box around the installation, parking heating system and a protection for the high pressure pump against damage.

Maximal tank capacity

The FLEXI 1900/1100 comes equipped with a 1.900 litre vacuum tank and as many as three fresh water tanks made of PE. The first water tank has a capacity of 300 litres and is well suited for the high pressure cleaner. The two other tanks have a 400 litre capacity suited for e.g. filling toilet cabins with fresh or blue water.

Maximal loading capacity

Despite the large capacities the FLEXI 1900/1100 empty weight is only 660 kg. This allows you to take on more load such as toilet cabins, fresh and waste water. Thanks to the optimal weight distribution and low centre of gravity you can count on stable and safe road holding, even when fully loaded.

The FLEXI 1100/750 PTO has a heavy-duty 1,100 litre vacuum tank, a large 750 litre clean water tank, yet is compact and lightweight. It allows you to carry a maximum of clean and waste water, toilet cabins and other things with you. The unit is suitable for vehicles with a maximum allowed total weight (GVW) of ≥ 3.5 tons (regular driver's licence) and is generously equipped with an oil separator, moisture separator and several safety features. But that's not all! The unit also has extra space built in on either side for maximum protection of the machine components and to provide additional storage. Both cavities have protective covers so you can add your corporate message.

Large tank capacity

The FLEXI 1100/750 PTO has a large 1,100 litre vacuum tank and two clean water tanks, each with a capacity of 375 litres. The water tanks are made from durable polyethylene (PE). The dark colour of the clean water tanks prevents algae from forming through UV light To save additional weight, you can adjust the tank capacity to a 1,000 litre vacuum tank and two clean water tanks, each of 325 litres.

The FLEXI 1100/750 PTO is designed from the drawing table up to be driven by means of the vehicle engine (PTO) instead of a separate motor in the machine. Vehicle engines are quieter, meaning less engine noise when cleaning the toilet cabins. You will also benefit from space and weight savings, environmental advantages, and more!

Maximum strength and durability

The machine is designed to last for decades. The installation is entirely hot-dip galvanised both inside and out, which protects the tank against corrosion. This FLEXI is also fitted with a protective cap on the side to provide effective protection for the vacuum pump and other components.

The FLEXI 1900/1100 PTO has large capacities yet is still compact. With ease, 50 toilet cabins can be cleaned per day. The FLEXI 1900/1100 is suitable for mounting on 6,5 to 7,5 ton vehicles. The unit is driven by the vehicle engine. You deliver the vehicle and ROM takes care of everything else. Just like the pick-up version, the PTO version is delivered as standard with a high pressure installation (140 bar - 15 l/min).

Safety, comfort and efficiency

This PTO version is largely the same as the pick-up execution. Telescopic heavy-duty toilet cabin lashings, operating at ergonomic working height, combined oil separator / silencer, pressure gauge, level indicator... you name it. The same goes for all the necessary safety measurements such as the over and under pressure safety valves, an emergency stop, double ball valve and moisture separator including second ball valve.

High pressure installation

By default, the unit is delivered with a high pressure installation (140 bar - 15 l/min) including Speck high pressure pump, reel with automatic winding function and 20 m 3/8'' high pressure hose.

Driven by vehicle engine

Less noise, lower fuel consumption and less maintenance. Just a few benefits of a PTO-drive. And because the installation is driven by the vehicle engine, you do not need to refuel in between. Just as efficient.

Maximal capacity

The FLEXI 1900/1100 comes with a 1.900 litre vacuum tank and three fresh water tanks (PE) with a capacity of no less than 1.100 litres. Despite the large capacities the FLEXI 1900/1100's empty weight is only 690 kg. This allows you to take on more load such as toilet cabins, fresh and waste water.

The TYPE T PTO is the largest toilet servicing unit in the ROM programme. The machine is suitable for mounting on several commercial vehicles of 7,5 ton or bigger. The very large capacities ensure that having to empty the vacuum tank and filling the fresh water tank is reduced to a minimum. With the TYPE T you are ready for serious business.

As standard, the TYPE T PTO has a bodywork package, consisting of loading platforms, with cyclist protection for the unit and four toilet cabins, including accessories.

Additionally we deliver as standard many extras such as a storage box, a 15,2 metre Hi-Vac suction hose including suspension system, toilet cabin lashings and various safety measurements. Besides this, there are several options possible such as a high pressure installation, lifts, suction hose reel and a cage system to store toilet cabins.

The TYPE T PTO allows for cleaning and emptying of about 60 cabins per day.

Very large capacities

The TYPE T PTO possesses a three chamber tank divided into a vacuum tank with a capacity of no less than 2.400 litres and two spacious fresh water tanks of 750 litres each.

Driven by vehicle engine

The installation is mounted by ROM on a chassis that is supplied by the customer. The unit's drive takes place by means of PTO. PTO-drive not only offers commercial interests such as savings on fuel and maintenance. The system is also environmentally friendly and reduces noise considerably. Having to refuel in between jobs is no longer necessary either. This makes your work more enjoyable.
