Wrap the elastics around themselves repeatedly until it is the size that you desire

Cut the container to the desired size of the vasePaper mache newspaper to the container and let it dryPaint the vase to the desired colourFill with water or dirt (if you plan on growing a plant)Put flowers or another type of plant in for a beautiful decoration or a sustainable flower pot=Pop Tabs Hot Pot HolderWhat Youll Need:Lots Pop tabsCotton String Gather you pop tabsUsing a crochet hook, chain stitch the tabs together in a circular formation starting in the centre working your way outStop when you have reached about an 8 inch diameter or your desired size (holder used 148 tabs)Aluminum is a great conductor of heat. This holder made out of tabs is perfect for setting hot pots on as it wont make marks on your countertop or table.
