ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Confirmation is required 7 days before the event or the expected

attendance will become the guarantee. Courtyard by Marriott Nashville

SE/Murfreesboro requires that a contract be signed by a representative of

your organization and returned by the assigned date. Should this not

occur the hotel reserves the right of cancelling the contract upon notice

to the organization.

The hotel reserves the right to reassign the meeting room based on the

final guarantee numbers. All charges are subject to a 20% service charge

and sales tax of 9.75%.

Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the meeting space and

lobby/Bistro area, with the exception of cake or cupcakes. Violators of this

policy will be charged a fine up to $2000.00.
