From the 24” Panel - Green (A), fussy cut:• (2) 22 ½” x 16 ½” small panels, each centered on a bridge.

From the Blocks - Black (B), fussy cut:• (8) 10 ½” blocks.

From the Water Texture - Red (C), cut:• (4) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 66 ½” strips.• (3) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 56 ½” strips.• (4) 1 ½” x 24 ½” WOF strips.• (2) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (4) 1 ½” x 16 ½” strips. From the Water Texture - Blue (D), cut:• (4) 2” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (16) 2” x 10 ½” strips.• (6) 2” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (16) 2” x 13 ½” strips.• (8) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding.

From the Trees - Green (E), cut:• (1) 24 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (2) 12 ½” x 24 ½” strips.

From the Stones - Gray (F), cut:• (2) 4 ½” x 24 ½” WOF strips.

From the Covered Bridge Texture - Ecru (G), cut:• (4) 2 ½” x 24 ½” WOF strips.• (3) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 1 ½” x 53 ½” strips.• (2) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (4) 1 ½” x 12 ½” strips.• (1) 2 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (2) 2 ½” x 12 ½” strips.• (1) 26 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (2) 2 ½” x 26 ½” strips, (6) 1 ½” x 26 ½” strips and (5) 1 ½” x 12 ½” strips.

From the Wood - Brown (H), cut:• (2) 5 ½” x 69 ½” Length of Fabric (LOF) strips.• (2) 5 ½” x 66 ½” WOF strips from the remaining fabric, piece as needed.

From the Stones - Brown (Backing), cut:• (2) 87” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 74” x 87” back.

Sewing Instructions1. Sew (1) 1 ½” X 16 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of (1) 22 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric A small panel. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A small panel to make (1) Unit 1 block (Fig. 1). Repeat to make a second Unit 1 block.

2. Sew (1) 2” x 10 ½” Fabric D strip to each side of (1) 10 ½” Fabric B block. Sew (1) 2” x 13 ½” Fabric D strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric B block. Trim the block to measure 12 ½” square to make (1) Unit 2 blocks (Fig. 2). Repeat to make (8) Unit 2 blocks.

3. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of (1) Unit 1 block. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric F strip to the bottom of the sewn block to make (1) Block One rectangle (Fig. 3).

4. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of (1) Unit 1 block. Sew (1) 4 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric F strip to the top of the sewn block to make (1) Block Two rectangle (Fig. 4).

5. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom (1) Unit 2 block. Sew (1) Unit 2 block to the bottom of the sewn strip to make (1) Block Three (Fig. 5).

6. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom (1) Unit 2 block. Sew (1) Unit 2 block to the top of the sewn strip to make (1) Block Four (Fig. 6).

7. Sew (5) 1 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric G strips and (4) Unit 2 blocks together lengthwise and alternating them. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 53 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of the sewn strip to make (1) Block Five (Fig. 7).

Quilt Top Assembly (Refer to the Quilt Layout while assembling.)13. Sew (1) 2” x 66 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 56 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

14. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 69 ½” Fabric H strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 66 ½” Fabric H strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

15. Layer and quilt as desired.

16. Sew the (8) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric D strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

17. Bind as desired.

8. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric G strip to the top of (1) 12 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric E strip. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip to each side of the sewn strip to make (1) Block Six (Fig. 8).

9. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric G strip to the bottom of (1) 12 ½” x 24 ½” Fabric E strip. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip to each side of the sewn strip to make (1) Block Seven (Fig. 9).

10. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block One rectangle, (1) 1 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Three and (1) Block Six together lengthwise and in that order to make Row One (Fig. 10).

11. Sew (1) Block Seven, (1) Block Four, (1) 1 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Two rectangle and (1) 2 ½” x 26 ½” Fabric G strip together lengthwise and in that order to make Row Two (Fig. 10).

12. Sew Row One, Block Five and Row Two together in that order to make the Center Block (Fig. 10).
