A Touch of Colorado
Retail Believing the Colorado art scene should be celebrated, A Touch of Colorado was created for those wanting to find affordable, truly unique, one‐of‐a‐kind gifts...all made right here in Colorado. We sell Colorado made art, honey, candles, hand‐painted wine glasses, stickers, t‐shirts, hats, framed prints, just name a few.
Being closed 50+ days means we missed out on significant income. With very little reserves, we have been able to remain in business. However, retail is hard with small margins.
$3,000
Abrusci's Fire & Vine
Restaurant Full service Italian restaurant that generates revenue through on site service as well as food to go.

Advantage Learning Center
Service provider
The Advantage Learning Center provides preschool education and care to children ages 6 months to 6 years. We are licensed for 92 children.
We temporarily closed on March 27. Before the pandemic we were fully enrolled at our licensed capacity of 92 children and were open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The number of children attending could not support the payroll required to care for the children. We reopened on May 11 to a greatly reduced enrollment. Some of the parents of our children are still working from home, some lost their jobs and some fear group care. To compound the problem, at the time we reopened, room capacity was limited to 10 children, affecting 4 of our 7 classrooms, reducing capacity to 68 children. This reduction was lifted in June but in the meantime, some families found other care. We are not permitted to combine classrooms at the beginning or end of the day as usual, so right now we must fully staff all classrooms from open to close. Currently our hours of operation are reduced to 7 AM to 5 PM and we are operating at 77% capacity. We also instituted COVID‐19 safety measures.

American Music School, LLC
Service provider
We offer private and group music lessons to our community.
American Music School lost many students due to closing our physical doors. We were creative and had our students join us for virtual lessons. However, many of our students could not take virtual lessons for various reasons and therefore our student load dropped drastically especially for April and May. For the month of March, we didn't see a lot of change in income because most students paid March 1 through the 15th.

Arts Carrie MaKenna
Retail I am an artist with studio and gallery space in the 40 West Arts District, and an independent wedding officiant. I create and sell artwork, teach private classes, supply art services and perform wedding ceremonies for couples in the Denver metro area. I also have three rental properties that supplement my business income.
April, May and June First Friday events during which most art sales occur were cancelled. And it doesn't look like First Fridays will happen again any time soon. I also had artwork in five exhibits in the Denver‐metro area which were canceled or cut short due to COVID‐19. None of them will be re‐scheduled. None of these are funded exhibits so we rely on sales to pay our bills. I cancelled all private sessions and events for three months. I cancelled all wedding ceremonies and events for three months during the height of the wedding season in Colorado. Some may be rescheduled in the fall, but likely most will be moved to next year. I have had no art sales in May or June, 2020. And don't see how that will change in the next several months.
$3,000
Asaderos Mexican Restaurant
Restaurant Sell retail food We were forced to close completely on March 24 due to dine‐in ban and extremely low take‐out orders. We still had to pay rent, utilities and other expenses to avoid eviction. All of our fresh food inventory was lost and to top it all off we had a water leak while closed which forced us to rebuild a part of our dining room. We re‐opened May 7 only to find meat prices through the roof! But thankfully most customers have come back to support us but our sales are still not where they should be to make us profitable.

We found it necessary to close our brick‐and‐mortar retail location to do our part to help "flatten the curve" of COVID‐19 infection. We have been able to maintain a marginal level of ongoing revenues through our online eBay platform, and are using this time to launch a new e‐commerce platform with greater functionality. We do not foresee reopening the retail location until late summer, depending on whether the level of infections subside or increase again. We anticipate mitigation expenditures as we approach re‐opening.

Colorado Kids Academy
Service provider
We provide child care and preschool programming to Lakewood and Denver metro families. We provide care for children ages 1‐5.
Due to COVID‐19, child care businesses like ours were ordered to close by Governor Jared Polis between March 13 ‐ May 18th unless we were serving the families of essential workers. We are a small school and did not have enough families who qualified as essential workers in order to remain open. During our 6 week closure, we did not charge families tuition because many of them had lost their jobs. However, we continued to pay our teachers so they could provide for themselves and their families. We received the PPP which has helped us pay our bills and our teachers salaries but it did not cover all of our losses. We re‐opened shortly after the stay at home orders were lifted at approximately 30% capacity. We have worked tirelessly to ensure all of our new procedures are in compliance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the CDC COVID‐19 child care guidelines. We are slowly re‐building our business with the help of our families and community.

Concrete Authority, LLC.
Construction We are a small Veteran Owned Small Business certified and we provide concrete and masonry services to the Residential and Commercial markets of Lakewood and surrounding cities.
We have been trying to stay open and keep working in order to provide for the families of our employees. It has been hard because all of the General Contractors have quit paying their invoices and we have been depleted of operating capital as a result. We have also lost some great contracts that we were already signed up for and so it has been very, very tough to stay open. We have staggered our hours so that the contracts still get completed while maintaining the orders and this has doubled how much it costs to get a contract completed that we were already completing.

Deli Italia Pizzeria & Market
Restaurant We are a small Italian market with a deli and pizzeria. Most of our revenue comes from sandwiches, pizzas and our market items. We recently built a bar for dine in setting which has since been halted due to COVID‐19.
In 2019 we began the process to build a sit down area and bar for dine in. We haven't been able to recuperate any of the money that we invested as we had to close the dining room and bar area because of the state guidelines put in place. It has also been a challenge to keep our products at an affordable price due to the complications of COVID‐19. We get a lot of products imported from Italy and with the hardships our vendors are going through the prices have went up. We decided not to raise our prices as we didn't want our customers to have to suffer more through these hard times but in the process we are losing money. Even with the safer at home being able to open up at 50% capacity. It is still not enough to cover our overhead cost to abide by the guidelines and keep people safe.

We are one of the largest traditional costume stores in the nation (a dying breed in America). We sell make‐up, wigs, costumes, and costume accessories.
Disguises has been severely affected by COVID‐19. A large part of our yearly revenue comes from the spring theatre season. Most of the school plays were canceled. We did have some that we did in January and February, and we were paid for those in March and April, so we did have some income in March and April, although it was about half of normal. Now that we have been paid for that work and there is no more school theatre we are dependent on our retail business. We saw a near‐complete reduction in that business starting on March 13th. We were mandated to be closed on March 23rd‐May8th. Since opening up on May 9th we have seen around 10% of the normal business.

Healthcare
We are a dental laboratory which fabricates crowns and dentures and other dental prosthesis for dentists in the Rocky Mountain region.
Due to the executive order of Governor Polis and the lack of access to personal protective equipment, dental offices were closed except for emergencies. They have reopened but are still restricted on the number of patients the office can see because of special disinfecting procedures that the dentist must use that mean their dental chairs are empty while these procedures are being completed. So most dentists can see only half the patients as before unless they had extra procedure rooms in place or unless they extend their hours of operation. The dentists are also seeing that patients are avoiding seeing the dentist because of COVID‐19 concerns and the fear of being infected. Because our sales are dependent on cases coming in from dentists, we are experiencing about 70% of our previous sales.

We could not do curbside pickup as we do not have an outside entrance. We are similar to a restaurant as people sit down with us for about 1.5 hrs. to paint so we must cut back from 9 tables to 3 for safety and eliminate all parties. Our store is very busy after school, on the weekends & any school holiday. That cannot happen until a vaccine. I also had just stocked up on inventory for Spring Break & Mothers Day which we missed. We are a very worthy business which is not just selling things but an empowering experience for all, staff & customers alike. We will have very restricted in store business which may not be sustainable without help until there is a vaccine. Healthworx, Inc.
Healthcare We are a healthcare facility that works with self‐paying patients, insurance patients, and other patients where we honor liens and wait for payments. Sometimes these liens do not pay for a couple of years following releasing them. So after 25 years of being in business we are at times collecting from services rendered months or years ago due to the delay in payments from various insurance companies. The treatments that we provide are Chiropractic adjustments, High Powered Class IV Laser treatments, Acupuncture, Neurofeedback, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Functional Neurology, Blood Test analysis and nutritional counseling.
We have a healthcare business where we bill insurance companies and will collect monies a month or two after we bill. We only have 2 employees ‐ 1 of which does billing. During March and April she was able to get caught up with some old billing, but now that it's caught up we will notice a severe decrease in revenue coming in within the next few months. Sometimes with people in car accidents, we won't see any money for a year or two. We were fortunate to see some settlements during these horrible business months. We are afraid that since we are so slow right now that we will see hardly any income coming in from insurance companies since we have hardly anything to bill out at this time. We are seeing only 30% of the patients we previously saw.

Howard Baumgarten LPC, LLC
Healthcare My business is a private mental health practice (solo practitioner) which provides assessment, diagnosis and counseling to patients who suffer from behavioral health problems such as depression and anxiety, relationship and family problems, and other emotional/psychological issues. I work with adolescents and adults, couples and families. Revenue comes directly out of pocket from my clients and for those clients who have a behavioral health diagnosis and carry insurance that I am in network with, I receive insurance reimbursement for providing outpatient counseling services related to their diagnosis. Therefore, instead of paying my full service fee, they pay a small portion of my contracted amount with that insurer (which is less than my normal rate).
Initially, I lost some client business, particularly those who did not want to do tele‐health and most of whom who were under financial constraints due to COVID‐19. Because I was forced to move to an online platform, I needed to purchase a new computer that could handle the usage of virtual therapy all day. I also, have been forced to rework my website to attract clients and create more online presence, and making tele‐health safe and viable for me to conduct. I also had to close my offices temporarily to in‐person sessions and since out‐patient therapy is non‐essential, I am still doing tele‐health 90% of the time, while adhering to state and local guidelines for safety with regard to allowing in‐person sessions occur. There are smaller items I have purchased such as masks, sanitizer, and other cleaning products.

Healthcare I am a child psychologist who has been in private practice for over 30 years. I provide therapy to children/teens, adults, families and couples. In addition to being a therapist, I work in various roles with children and families pre‐ and post‐separation and divorce. I work to provide alternatives to litigation by working as a collaborative divorce facilitator with collaboratively‐trained family law attorneys. I also provide consultation and education for parents to develop parenting plans, with a specialty to addressing the needs of very young children. I work with children and teens in high conflict family situations and provide parenting coaching and therapeutic supervised parenting time. I taught the mandated Family Divorce Class in Jefferson County for about 15 years. I accept court appointments and have served as a reunification therapist, Parental Responsibilities Evaluator, and Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker.
The week prior to Stay at Home orders, almost all appointments were cancelled, as risk was evident. Some clients terminated immediately. Later, others terminated due to financial hardships or because of concerns regarding privacy at home during remote sessions. I lost some of my practice areas b/c remote services were too much of a stretch for play therapy with very young kids or supervised parenting time for parents and kids. Although billable hours decreased, non‐billable hours increased with a number of new tasks related to COVID‐19 and rapidly transitioning to an exclusively remote practice. While I am a seasoned psychologist, significantly more energy is required to connect with clients remotely as we address very personal and difficult issues

Due to State of Colorado's Stay at Home Order, we had to close our doors from March 23 to May 9th. All recurring membership revenue was suspended. Due to closure, we lost 25% of membership base and had zero revenue during this period. Upon re‐opening, we have had to reduce capacity by 50% (10 treatment chairs to 5), acupuncturists required to wear masks and gloves (2‐3 pairs per patient, per treatment) and stopped allowing walk‐in customers (which is significant as we are in a high‐traffic retail center). Service provider
Mountain States Staffing, Inc is not a typical temporary labor hall, (we pay once a week, and typically our assignments last quite a bit longer), but we do provide temporary labor to our construction company clients. We recruit potential workers manually and on‐line. Our service employees range in skills sets, (from very skilled craftsmen to skilled laborers), and we coordinate said service employees to job sites around the city. We make sure the service employees has all required safety gear, PPE, assignment paperwork and tools. All service employees are covered under a '5403' Worker's Comp Insurance coverage which is the heaviest coverage to make sure each employee and client is covered properly. We use only Pinnacol Assurance for coverage. Our payroll dept ensures that all proper taxes and insurances are met. We utilize E‐VERIFY to vet our service employees prior to employment. We then charge an hourly rate for each our worked to pay for said over head with a profit.
Mountain States Staffing, Inc was enjoying a very good start to 2020. Many projects had just started and several very large projects were just about to start when city wide as well as state wide mandates began. We had orders for 'Labor Foremen' and had placed the first service employee which in turn would have supervised anywhere from 12 to 20 laborers. That is just one project that has been put on hold until further notice. We have dropped in weekly billing just over half from mid‐May to mid‐June. Stable employees who have worked for us for years, have had issues, (physical and mental) related to COVID‐19 and had to leave the company which they had to be replaced. This of course takes training and time and we lose all of the continuity of experience.

The majority of our retail business centers around special gatherings and recognition ceremonies for business and government award banquets, as well as the national organizational conferences we service as well as special occasion gatherings for retirements, birthday's, graduations, baptisms, weddings, anniversaries ‐ to name a few. These have all been canceled due to COVID‐19 and the shut‐down. Even as things started opening up in Colorado, it has made our customers reluctant to spend money on gifts, awards and engraving unless absolutely necessary and most ceremonies and gatherings will remain canceled for the entire year of 2020 and possibly beyond. For both of these reasons, there has been a very distinct hardship and struggle for our business operations to thrive and survive enough to keep up with bills and stay in business.

From brand development, digital printing, signage, custom apparel, websites and promotional products, we partner with companies and their team to bring focus to their specific print & marketing needs.
During the COVID‐19 virus Raven has experienced a decrease in revenue because a lot of our clients have either canceled current jobs or because their events have been canceled this has resulted in a loss of revenue. With several small businesses not returning to full strength they have cut back on their marketing budget which has also resulted in revenue loss.

Red Herring Art & Supply
Retail Autobee & Autobee, LLC started as a way to sell the books my husband and I were writing. We later added history consulting, and opened Red Herring Art Supply in April 2016. The name, Red Herring Art & Supply (changed July 2019) better describes the product mix. Red Herring Art & Supply offers local history books by local authors including Kellen Cutsforth and Mark Barnhouse. Our niche in the world of art supplies is Asian fine art and calligraphy brushes. Our carefully curated collection, ranges from $3.95 to $395. We believe we have the largest selection of Asian brushes in a physical shop between Chicago and San Francisco. We routinely add new western supplies such as paint, paper, inks, and more as requested by local artists. We have 3 to 12 month consignment agreements with 30‐40 artists annually. As Art Work is Work, our artists receive 60% of the sale of their art, without volunteering time or membership fees. We participate in festivals and farmers markets.
Autobee & Autobee, LLC committed paying our part time employees during the closure. Two of our employees are high risk, one is a college student. We didn't want them to stress over money. The high risk employees felt that way about the college student and generously gave her their hours. Reduction in revenue has made this commitment difficult. We closed our doors March 18 and reopened June 13, 2020. We were a nonessential business. Later, with only one employee staffing the shop at a time, monitoring the number of customers, additional cleaning, while making sales etc, was problematic. In May we re‐arranged the shop to create an additional aisle where there were more room‐like areas to comply with current guidelines. Customers cannot be as free to test samples as disinfectants ruin art materials, including Asian brushes. Festivals we sell at have been cancelled. Other businesses, such as Westfax and Casa Bonita were closed which reduced casual foot traffic.

As each day passed by, the stress and anxiety was beyond comprehension for forcing a predominantly socially active day by day cash sales business to close its doors. Another 35% are bulk chocolates produced in Durango, CO, and then shipped to us for retail sale, and the remaining 15% are prepackaged chocolates and candies also produced at the factory.
Sales revenue was decimated, and we lost 50‐60% of our inventory as it sat on the shelves and expired during the shutdown. Additionally, we now no longer have capital to put toward marketing/advertising, as all resources must go to inventory and payroll expenses.

Healthcare Our business is a family run general dentistry practice in Lakewood, CO. It was established in 1993 as a brand new dental office with 4 dental treatment rooms. We generate revenues by performing dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic procedures and various types of specialized dental surgeries.
The economic hardship our business has endured was caused by the suddenness and length of the shutdown. On the week that our business was shutdown in March, I had announced to my staff on that Monday that if there was a shutdown, that it would be brief period of time. I stated to them that it may be one to two weeks, or they may be no shutdown. To my surprise, we were out of the office and closed by Thursday of that same week due to Governor Polis' mandate. I never would have imagined that we would be out for nearly 8 weeks. Our dental office is the primary source of income for me and my family.

Hotel We are a full service hotel with 242 guest rooms and 18,000 square feet of meeting space offering on‐site catering, with a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner (on premise dining and room service) to both hotel guests and locals.
The travel and tourism industry has been one of, if not the hardest hit industry. Our hotel has lost actual or projected revenues between the months of March and October due to the travel restrictions, absence of business and government travel, inability to host group and catering business and the temporary closure and limited hours of our restaurant. In 2019 we had an average occupancy of 60.8% YTD at the end of August. In 2020 we have an average occupancy of 19.3% occupancy YTD at the end of August, with an average daily rate of $20 less than 2019. We continue to see a detrimental decline in occupancies for Q4 and Q1 2021 and continue to get cancellations for group business due to limited restrictions on gathering sizes.

We also manufacture and install lit and unlit signage such as cabinets and channel letters.
Because so many businesses had to shut down during the quarantine, our business has produced less than 1/3 of the business that we normally produce during March, April, and May. We have received some signage inquiries/purchases for social distancing signage, but we work closely with many companies who normally have events or trade shows during the spring and summer months who had to cancel and therefore not order the promotional items or trade show signage that we normally count on during this time. Many of our suppliers also shut down which limited the items that we could produce.

I lost all of my photography clients from March to May due to social distancing and stay at home policies, and lost a major graphic design job for a Lakewood based company. I'm unable to do photography in a work‐from‐home set up since interaction with the client is required. SPECTRUM SPECIALTY ADVERTISING, INC.
Other Spectrum is a business providing Promotional Products, Embroidery, Screen Printing, and Commercial Printing. We sell products directly to business users and through online market places to consumers.
Spectrum has experienced an overall 50% decrease in revenue during April and May with a 90% decrease in business customer purchases. This has been as a direct result of our business customers being closed and the methods that they used our products being canceled (such as events or trade shows) and now possibly permanently discontinued. Our online market place sales were also reduced as the distribution channels focused on PPE products and the limit on all sales of non‐PPE products. Despite the downturn, Spectrum stayed committed to our employees. However, we had an employee abandon his job in favor of the unemployment benefits offered by the Federal Government. We have been able to replace this person, however, this loss cost us over 3 weeks of productivity. Additionally, we have had to face the reality that our sales projections for 2020 must be revised with the anticipation that our business customers will not be back to any normal level of usage anytime soon.

Subway Restaurant We are a fast food restaurant. Major loss in sales. Usually April, May is where our sales start to really pick up for our summer business. Winter is our slow time so we really look forward to the spring months. Also, people were really hard to deal with during COVID. They were angry at all the rules they had to adhere to during this time. We had to limit the amount of people in the store, distance they had to stand apart, even that they couldn't stand with people they lived with. My employees were screamed at, drinks thrown at them, and even a basket of brownies were thrown at my managers head. This time was very mental anguishing to my employees. We were all very exhausted. So on top of being financially strapped and stressed we were trying to serve customers that for the most part didn't appreciate us being there. That was really hard. Especially when we were risking our health.

We are new to delivery services such as Door Dash, Postmates, & Grubhub. Postmates and Door dash charges 20%, Grub hub is at 33.5%. We are not making as much profit and business is very slow! To go containers are costly, and food prices have gone up as well especially ground beef. .We just reopened our dining room with limited tables (social distancing) and it has been a very slow start.

At the governor's request we reduced hours and staffing which limited our ability to service customers and maintain our normal business operations, along with working people from home (Pernille) as much as possible per Governor Polis's request. Along with the governor's orders that closed all gyms and health clubs this caused a secondary drop in business.

Our business really slowed down for 3 months at least, it is starting to pick back up, but still slow going. We do a lot of work in the music industry for bands and music venues. So with no concerts happening that whole client base disappeared for the most part. With a lot of what we do geared towards events and promotion there is not a ton of that style of work happening either. We are still doing small jobs here and there, but with a large overhead on our shop with rent and equipment, pay has decreased pretty substantially for the three of us that run THIS. We are hopeful on a steady turnaround and an increase in biz here soon as things open back up.

The Music Range Inc

I offer furnished music rehearsal rooms available for rent by the hour.
The initial scare of the virus caused an immediate 70% decrease in daily revenue. This happened almost immediately on March 16th with the President's first press conference on the issue. Then, it should go without saying, forced business shutdown 11 days later created a 100% decrease in daily revenue as we shutdown operations indefinitely at the request of the city, county and state. Since opening on May 9th, we are seeing about 75% of the daily revenue we enjoyed over the 30 days prior to the virus entering the national dialogue. I believe this is mostly due to music events are not being scheduled, in accordance with local and state ordinances. My business only opened late October 2019. I am still very early in my initial growth, which is by default dependent upon large increases in sales volume from one month to the next. We were just beginning to hit our stride in March, garnering more sales revenue by March 15th than we earned in all of February. We lost critical momentum.

The Nest Nail Spa
Service provider
We are Colorado’s premier natural nail spa located in Lakewood. We are redefining what a nail spa should be. The Nest was created to fill the void between discount strip mall nail salons and the pretentious luxury spas. We’ve created an experience that starts with exceptional customer service and finishes with eco‐conscious products applied by only the most skilled nail artists. All of this takes place in a true spa atmosphere.
Prior to COVID‐19 The Nest was a successful and profitable business. On March 17th we were mandated to cease operations following the state's public health order. We were allowed to re‐open May 9th but with only 10 people in the spa at one time and with expensive increases in mandatory PPE and cleaning protocols. This limited capacity has cut our gross revenue by over half. In early June we were allowed to operate at 50% capacity however this only allows us to add one to two employees per shift and due to logistics of having to have a space between each manicure and pedicure station it does not significantly increase our capacity.

Other The West Metro Chamber of Commerce is a regional business chamber representing Lakewood businesses as well as 6 other cities and unincorporated Jefferson County. With no income, WMC laid off half of the staff and reduced the remaining two staff members to 75% salary. As we were trying to find financial help for the chamber, we continued to work bringing our members and all businesses in the area funding information, COVID‐19 information, serving on various task forces to help Jefferson County, etc. with half the staff. Retail Officially began my company, All Its Own, in 2015 selling my homemade goods and houseplants at local craft markets around Denver. I make pots out of concrete, up‐cycled crafts, and my popular Marimo Moss aquariums. Over time, I’ve also collected several local wholesale clients, including the Denver Botanic Gardens gift shop who buy my pots and Marimo Moss. After gaining experience and making friendships with other local artists at the festivals, I had the desire to create a local store that sold work from local artists, including my goods and plants. I opened the All Its Own storefront in 2017 within the 40 West Art District and have been here for three years. We now carry over 3 dozen Colorado artists, while still popping up at shows and selling in several Colorado shops. We have gained a loyal following, as well as getting coverage from a few local influencers and Voyage Magazine Denver.
When the COVID‐19 crisis closers began, I shut down the storefront in preparation to move in with local coffee house Mint and Serif ‐ another member of the 40 West Arts District. We had planned to re‐open together at the end of March 2020. The storefront was my largest stream of revenue, and now we don’t know when we’ll be able to open. During this transition I had planned to depend on my wholesale revenue; but because of the closers, all the plant shops I supply canceled their orders. Now I’m trying to sell my goods and plants online but it’s not enough to afford my monthly business payments, upcoming taxes, and rent. All Its Own is my full‐time job, and my sole source of income, and my passion. Thank you for supporting local businesses and thank you for your consideration.

Windy River Retail 2 (WRR 2) owns a shopping center in Lakewood, which it leases to various retail tenants. We have one particular tenant who opened doors just before COVID hit. They are absolute champs, sparing no effort to keep their dream of having a family business alive, and we want so badly to help them make it.
A brewery, Old 121, has not been able to pay rent, due to lost customers. As stated above, the couple that runs this is amazing and such hard workers. It is so hard to see them struggle like this in order to make ends meet.

Healthcare I am an orthodontist. My business revenues are exclusively from patient appts. The governor's executive order caused my office to close from March 23 to April 27. We are slowly on the road to recovery.
My revenues dropped significantly in April and May of 2020. I had to suggest to my employees to collect unemployment until we could re‐open. Any cash reserves that I had were depleted for PPE, supplies, rent, utilities and insurances. We are grateful to be open and the rebound process has begun.

We are a full service salon employing over 20 people at our Lakewood location. We sell hair and waxing services and retail products and have been hit very hard by the virus shutdowns and capacity restrictions.
We have been a thriving and successful business in Lakewood since 2015, providing jobs and training to many employees. On March 17th, we were mandated to close with only one day notice. We were closed for over 6 weeks. We were able to keep our employees on staff and their benefits paid, however have been unable to give all of our employees full time hours upon returning as we are still under severe capacity restrictions. This has been devastating to our staff and our company. In addition to a reduced revenue, we are dealing with additional expenses from all of the PPE and additional expenses related to operating our business safely during the pandemic.
