Being social is human nature. Whether virtually or physically, events bring people together to share experiences, create memories and engage our emotions. We are constantly rethinking ways to evolve what we do to adapt to the new normal of social interaction, yet continue to bring people together.

BEFORE YOUR EVENT

BEFORE YOUR EVENT We have adapted our health and safety measures as part of our response to COVID-19

• Minimising the crew on site at any one time and capping floor staff to 3 when guests are present

• Equipment will be sterilised in order to reduce surface and human to human contact

• Bespoke crew will keep a safe distance from guests and venue staff at all times to minimise any on site risks

• Surfaces and equipment will be cleaned using 60%+ alcohol solution prior to guest or venue use

• All Bespoke Events London crew and staff will adhere to social distancing during installation and events

• Event PPE can be worn by all staff members during event installation and during your event

• Guest layouts/floor-plans and entertainment options can be adjusted to adhere to social distancing measures should this be required

• All crew reporting any symptoms of COVID-19 or related illness will not attend any work place or venue

• All staff will fill in a health check form prior to duty and have their temperature taken and recorded prior to beginning an installation

DURING YOUR EVENT

In addition to our own health and safety principles, we understand the need for guests to feel safe too. The following can be implemented at your event according your preferences:

• Guest temperature screening, including temperature detectors and thermal imaging. Any guest with a high temperature will be made known to the host prior to any action

• Health Disclaimer: Guests will be sent a symptoms display form to discuss any COVID-19 symptoms in advance

• Bespoke Luxury Sanitising Stations can be positioned throughout the event floor, these can be customised/branded to suit your event

• Bespoke scented hand sanitiser on place settings compete with hand moisturising cream

• Event deep cleans: Venues can be deep cleaned using 60% alcohol cleaning solutions prior to guest arrival

• WCs can be manned by trained technicians that will ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event

• Personalised screens could be installed where necessary to protect any VIP or vulnerable guests

• Relaxation rooms: Personal relaxation rooms can be built to accommodate anyone needing a break from the main event

• Social distancing options put forward in both design and technical, to allow an event to proceed adhering to social distancing. Please note this would be specific to each event, guest numbers and venue layout. Our designers will find a solution to your social distancing requirements

• Complimentary date moving due to Covid-19 related issues for accounts at 50% deposit. Subject to terms

We have developed a Bespoke virtual solution to be used alongside a smaller capacity live event. This offers the opportunity to reach a wider audience for those guests unable to attend. State of the art multi-camera video feeds would be viewable from our Bespoke streaming platform creating a personalised guest experience for those attending the event from home.

Our completely virtual solution for your event! Perfect for masterclasses, to fundraisers and conferences, we will create an elegant space perfectly suited and branded to your event. This will then be live streamed to your guests, utilising our secure Bespoke streaming platform.

THE DETAILS:

• We will design and build a bespoke stage set complete with lighting and multiple cameras to offer a dynamic feed to guests, this will be installed in a private studio space by our team, adhering to any social distancing guidelines

• The live feed, operated by our video technician is set up to capture your event in full. Multiple camera angles ensure no details are overlooked

• The live feed is streamed to our Bespoke platform, where guests are able to log in to view and interact via message service with the event hosts, whilst following everything in real time.

• Our remote engineer monitors the feed and is on hand to deal with any technical questions.

• For a personal touch, customised gift boxes containing amenities relevant to the event can be sent to guests in advance to enhance their event experience. This can be applied to cocktail masterclasses, wine tastings, fashion events and more.
