Cowart Concept 1 & 2

I worked with the Landscape Designer to digitally color render the residential concept landscape plan. I imputed the design from BricsCAd into SketchUp. The landscape has two concepts for the client and Landscape Designer to review. I created the design in 2-D plan view and 3-D using SketchUp. The 3-D design shows the client the possibility of the whole design. I custom built the design features and I discussed the design over with the designer to create a presentation for the client. I combined items from the Sketch-Up online library and site design. I have begun to gather and organize design features I create and develop and expand the library for easy use.

Plan view: I chose the hardscape and softscape materials colored in the plan view based on the Landscape Designer’s digital drawing. I chose the plan view plant symbols and impute them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.

3-D: I created the house, property fence, and design features in SketchUp to show the new design. I built the custom overhead structure, outdoor kitchen, and fence with a rustic theme in each concept. I selected the 3-D plant symbols based on the plant legend in LandFX and input them into SketchUp. I added the outdoor furniture and people to finish the rendering.
