• Amends land use from Residential Estate to Tourist/Entertainment to bring existing zoning designation (Business Marine) into compliance

• Zoning districts which implement the Tourist/ Entertainment land use are BR-1 (Business, Tourist and Entertainment), BH (Business Highway, and MB (Business Marine)
