Corporate Governance is an integral part of doing business; it provides the regulation and conditions to ensure sustained growth and lays down the framework for creating long term trust between companies and its stakeholders.

Listed Companies Corporate Regulations 2019 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) requires the directors of listed companies to have certi�cation of Directors’ Training Program (DTP) with an objective to acquaint them with the regulations, applicable laws and their duties and responsibilities to enable them to e�ectively manage the a�airs of the listed companies for and on behalf of stakeholders.

The ICAP DTP, duly approved by SECP, is a Pakistan speci�c course aims to ensure familiarity with the global perspective of corporate governance concepts. The �ve-day certi�cate course broadly covers essential principles of Corporate Governance, applicable laws, Business Management, Financial Management, Reporting and Communication. The Program will be conducted in two sessions of three & two days each.

The program will feature presentations by professional trainers and industry experts and interactive discussions amongst the participants coupled with case studies to get the bene�t from exchanging ideas and experiences with their peers.

Payment of the program should be made before October 13, 2020 enabling the access to the reading material and other pre selection resources.• Participation will be con�rmed subject to receipt of payments and on First come First basis due to limited seats.• Duly �lled in Registration forms along with the Demand Draft, Pay Order or Cheque in favor of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants

of Pakistan” must reach the ICAP Head o�ce latest by October 13, 2020.• All cancellations must be sent in writing at least one day prior to the program. Fee maybe refunded/readjusted on a day’s notice prior to

the program.• Registration fee includes: Course material, lunch and refreshments.• It is important to note that the Certi�cation of Directors’ Training Program is subject to full attendance of both sessions. Certi�cation of the Directors’ Training Program will only be awarded on full attendance of the Session.
