For the fiscal year of 2014, considering that the Company has already distributed R$ 422 million in dividends (44.5% of net income from the fiscal year), which is higher than the mandatory minimum, and considering (i) the current adverse economic scenario, (ii) the unpredictable nature of the water situation and (iii) the uncertainties regarding market projections for distributors due to energy efficiency campaigns and extraordinary tariff increases, the Company’s Management proposes the allocation of R$ 555 million to the statutory reserve – strengthening of working capital.
