CPIA’S “Financial Service Solutions Consulting” helps OEM manufacturers and distributors establish internal financing subsidiaries to provide financing and leasing of the products they make or distribute. Internalizing the financing mechanism allows the OEM to be in complete control of their market penetration utilizing their own finance programs. CPIA owns a proprietary Off-Balance Sheet, Quasi-Securitized Revenue Stream Participation program and legal structure which has delivered over $3 billion dollars in off-balance sheet funding to OEM manufacturers, distributors and independent dealer programs.
