It offers an unusually wide color variety in the yellow-orange-red area, where few inorganic colorants have been available until now. The green color area is also well-covered with the system. The oxide green colorant allows for the tinting of façades in the more traditional green shades, whilst the bright turquoise and cobalt green are available for pure green shades. Oxide black PBk33 has been chosen as the inorganic black due to its superiority to PBk11 in compatibility and stability.

Quick GuideThis Quick Guide explains how to install, start and begin using the corob™ InnovaTint program

Installingtheprogram:Insert CD or other media provided and run the Setup.exe file. Follow the instructions provided by the installation wizard.

Startingtheprogram:corob™ InnovaTint can be opened from the Shortcut on the desktop (the Shortcut is created automatically during program installation) or from the Start menu: Programs > COROB InnovaTint > COROB InnovaTint.

Usingthecorob™InnovaTintprogramThe online help function can be accessed by clicking the Help button on top right-hand corner of the user interface. Online help contains detailed instructions on how to use the program.

OrdercreationTo start the tinting process, an order must be created. An order consists of information about the desired color, product type, can size, number of cans to be tinted along with additional customer details. Each order is stored in the order queue and in the database memory, so it can be retrieved at any time.

Search&selectcolorThe color field is used to search for colors by typing in any part of the color code or name. A list of the most popular colors will be displayed at first. The program will show search results as the code is typed in. Select the color you need from the list shown.

Search&selectproductThe product field is used to search for products by typing in any part of the product name. Initially, all products are shown. The program will display search results as the name is typed in. Select the product you need from the list shown.

Products that are not suitable for use with the color you have selected will be grayed out. These products may be selected; however, you must then reselect a color.

SelectcansizeandnumberofcansSelect the required can size from the drop-down list. Select the number of cans to be dispensed in the Number of Cans box. Use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the number.

After all selections have been made, the appropriate formula will appear on the screen and the Place Order button is enabled. The order can then be saved by pressing the button.

The dispensing process can be activated immediately after an order is saved by clicking the Start Dispensing button. Should you need to dispense other saved orders from the order queue, activate the desired order by clicking on it and then pressing the Start Dispensing button.

Extraformulainformation

Additional information related to a selected order can be seen by clicking on the Extra Information area in the lower right hand corner of the user interface. You can modify the content of this area in the Tools & Settings tab.

ColorantlevelsThe corob™ InnovaTint program monitors colorant levels in the dispensing machine. If dispensing the selected color would reduce a colorant to warning or critical levels, the program will notify the user by displaying a warning sign for that colorant. Dispensing can still begin at the warning level; however, dispensing will be disabled at the critical level. Colorant levels may be viewed by clicking on either the warning sign or the Colorant Levels tab.

Editingorder

Previously filed orders can be modified at any time. To do so, simply select an order from the order queue and click the Edit Order button.

EditingcolorformulaThe lightness or darkness of the selected color may be edited using the intuitive slider or manual input value changer; the color formula and code will adjust and change accordingly.

The color strength can also be modified by adjusting the amount of individual colorants used with the plus and minus buttons.
