Craft Technology: Why Fiberglass?

TRI Flex Superlayer Fiberglass helmets offer great protection. The individual plies of glass fibre act in conjunction with the eps liner to dissipate the energy of impact. The forces are spread over a greater area, minimizing rider injury.

TRI Flex Superlayer shells

TRI Flex Superlayer Fiberglass helmets made from bi-directional glass fiber weave (carbon plus dyneema) for added strenght. Up to 8 layers are combined to a multi-ply super layer construction for dynamic strength. Each layer has a micropore additive to reduce weight.

Quick Release visormechanismn

The ultimate Hi-tec standard. Fast, easy and comfortable. The QR shield is an optically correct 2 mm injection moulded, complex curve shield.
