STILL GOT A QUESTION?
NEW SECURITY MEASURES
Creamfields is located in Daresbury which is a small village in Cheshire in the North West of England between Liverpool and Manchester.
Road closures will be in place for the event so we advise not to use sat nav, please follow festival signage which you will pick up as you approach the site.
The nearest train stations to the Creamfields festival site are Runcorn Station, Warrington Central, Warrington Bank Quay and Liverpool Lime Street, all of which are connected to the main line and have shuttle buses in operation.
Creamfields shuttle buses will be running throughout the days and nights of the festival weekend, taking you directly to and from the festival site.
We’re keen to be green and reduce our carbon footprint so please use public transport and the shuttle bus services we have provided. The Creamfields shuttle bus service operates from Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington (with a return service only available from the festival site to Runcorn & Widnes).
Shuttle bus tickets can be booked in advance from www.ticketmaster.co.uk or you can purchase your shuttle bus tickets on the day of travel (please note this excludes Manchester – you MUST purchase an advance shuttle bus ticket if you wish to use this route).
When you are leaving the festival, if you have not pre-purchased your shuttle bus ticket, you can purchase one from the shuttle bus box office located next to the bridge at the shuttle bus pick up point near to the north entrance, where the shuttle buses will be departing from.
Runcorn & Widnes tickets can only be purchased from the festival shuttle bus box office – there is no pre-booking available for these destinations.
All car parks are number coded so make a note of the car park you parked in (and take a photo!). Campsites are colour coded and remember which colour campsite you’re in, go one better and make your tent stand out so you can find it easier
Don’t lose your phone! If you do, make it easy for someone to return it to you by taking a screen grab of a contact number that you can be reached on and save as your wallpaper, if it’s found the good Samaritan can call and return it
Stay hydrated! Drinking water taps are located in the event arena and campsites so refill your water bottles regularly
Set times are announced at the show. Laminates can be purchased from official sellers and the merchandise stalls on site
Remember it’s a 4 day festival marathon…not a sprint! Pace yourself you’ll enjoy it more!
Create your own ‘quiet space’ – for a good kip make sure you bring earplugs & an eye mask
Leave a phone number in your purse/wallet so if its handed in we can call you and return it
CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINK? Yes if you’re camping. However, this can’t be brought into the event arena, the limit on alcohol you can bring is 1 Litre of spirits or wine + 1 crate of cans (24) per person.
ARE THERE SHOWERS? If you have a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Dreamfields camping ticket, you have access to hot showers & ‘proper’ toilets as part of your package. If you have a standard camping ticket you can purchase Club Class (access to proper toilets / hot showers/pamper room) for info go to www.clubclassevents.com/festivals/creamfields
CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE?Yes there are various phone charging stations on site. Pre book with Charge Candy now www.creamfields.com/concessions-facilities/charge-candy
WILL THERE BE LOCKERS?Yes, lockers are available to hire on site and located in the main arena. Please pre book as lockers are limited. www.creamfields.com/concessions-facilities/lockers
Creamfields is an 18’s and over only event with Challenge 21 in operation. If you can’t provide valid photographic and holographic identification when asked, your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the festival. So if you are lucky enough to look under 21 please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID. Ticket prices subject to change. Line-up subject to change. No pass outs, no re-entry, no refunds. With Dreamfields Camping packages you have the option to buy your festival ticket and accommodation in one transaction. However, if you only book Dreamfields accommodation remember you still need to purchase a weekend camping ticket for the festival from one of our authorised ticket sellers to gain admittance.

KEEP YOURSELF & YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE:• Security will be tight – this event is ticket-only and festival goers must be aged 18 or over.• Be aware of your surroundings – remember that you are safer in a group.• Look after your belongings – make sure you keep valuables out of sight.
DRUGS & WEAPONS - DON’T BRING THEM!• Drug use, including psychoactive substances and nitrous oxide canisters, is illegal and positive action will be taken by police.• Place any drugs or sharps in the surrender bins provided at the entrance.• Drugs dogs will be used and searches will take place.
ALCOHOL:• The Challenge 21 Scheme will be in operation on-site – expect to be asked for valid photographic proof of age.
• Drink in moderation to ensure you remain alert and aware of your surroundings.• Remember to drink plenty of water, especially if the weather is hot.• If you feel unwell or unusual, seek immediate help.
AND REMEMBER• The site lies in a residential area – please be respectful towards neighbouring properties as you enter and leave the site.• To report a crime during the event visit the on-site police station, which will be clearly signposted.• Finally, follow the CreamfieldsCops account on Facebook and Twitter for updates and information.
Creamfields is renowned for its friendly crowd and we’re keen to retain its community spirit, and with over 60,000 people camping at Creamfields we need your help to do this. We’re asking people to look out for each other, so if you see someone looking the worse for wear or on their own and they look like they need some help then do the right thing, go over, check they’re ok and please alert a member of staff or security if you’re concerned.
Also this year be sure to check out our hubs and all new ‘Chill Out Zone’ in the campsite village. These are areas where you can go if you feel the need for a rest, escape from the music or just a chat with our friendly welfare staff. #CreamfieldsCares
• Only bring what you need, the more you have the longer the search will take• You may be searched at any time in any part of the festival or campsite• There will be bag and no bag lanes into the arena from the campsite and for day tickets. People with bags may take longer to get in as all bags will be searched• Explosives dogs will be in use throughout the site• All vehicles may be subject to a search when entering the car parks• All people coming to the festival must have a valid ticket or proof of purchase for collection (hard copy not electronic)• Extensive CCTV will be in operation throughout the festival and the surrounding areas• Armed police officers may be on duty at the festival
