NEW SECURITY MEASURES Creamfields is located in Daresbury which is a small village in Cheshire in the North West of England between Liverpool and Manchester. Road closures will be in place for the event so we advise not to use sat nav, please follow festival signage which you will pick up as you approach the site. The nearest train stations to the Creamfields festival site are Runcorn Station, Warrington Central, Warrington Bank Quay and Liverpool Lime Street, all of which are connected to the main line and have shuttle buses in operation. Creamfields shuttle buses will be running throughout the days and nights of the festival weekend, taking you directly to and from the festival site. We’re keen to be green and reduce our carbon footprint so please use public transport and the shuttle bus services we have provided. The Creamfields shuttle bus service operates from Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington (with a return service only available from the festival site to Runcorn & Widnes). Shuttle bus tickets can be booked in advance from www.ticketmaster.co.uk or you can purchase your shuttle bus tickets on the day of travel (please note this excludes Manchester – you MUST purchase an advance shuttle bus ticket if you wish to use this route). When you are leaving the festival, if you have not pre-purchased your shuttle bus ticket, you can purchase one from the shuttle bus box office located next to the bridge at the shuttle bus pick up point near to the north entrance, where the shuttle buses will be departing from. Runcorn & Widnes tickets can only be purchased from the festival shuttle bus box office – there is no pre-booking available for these destinations. All car parks are number coded so make a note of the car park you parked in (and take a photo!). Campsites are colour coded and remember which colour campsite you’re in, go one better and make your tent stand out so you can find it easier Don’t lose your phone! If you do, make it easy for someone to return it to you by taking a screen grab of a contact number that you can be reached on and save as your wallpaper, if it’s found the good Samaritan can call and return it Stay hydrated! Drinking water taps are located in the event arena and campsites so refill your water bottles regularly Set times are announced at the show. Laminates can be purchased from official sellers and the merchandise stalls on site Remember it’s a 4 day festival marathon…not a sprint! Pace yourself you’ll enjoy it more! Create your own ‘quiet space’ – for a good kip make sure you bring earplugs & an eye mask Leave a phone number in your purse/wallet so if its handed in we can call you and return it CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINK? Yes if you’re camping. However, this can’t be brought into the event arena, the limit on alcohol you can bring is 1 Litre of spirits or wine + 1 crate of cans (24) per person. ARE THERE SHOWERS? If you have a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Dreamfields camping ticket, you have access to hot showers & ‘proper’ toilets as part of your package. ALCOHOL: • The Challenge 21 Scheme will be in operation on-site – expect to be asked for valid photographic proof of age. • Drink in moderation to ensure you remain alert and aware of your surroundings. • Remember to drink plenty of water, especially if the weather is hot. • If you feel unwell or unusual, seek immediate help. AND REMEMBER • The site lies in a residential area – please be respectful towards neighbouring properties as you enter and leave the site. • To report a crime during the event visit the on-site police station, which will be clearly signposted. • Finally, follow the CreamfieldsCops account on Facebook and Twitter for updates and information.
