Cleaning a Dry Erase Board

Step 1: Using the Dust-Off Whiteboard Wipes and thoroughly clean dry erase board after each use.

Step 2: Keep Dust-Off Whiteboard Wipes nearby and use as a replacement to the eraser for a complete cleaning of your whiteboards.

Cleaning a LCD, LED or Plasma Screen

Step 1: Turn off screen. Make sure power is completely off and not in hibernate mode.

Step 2: From 12 inches away, give your screen 1 to 3 short sprays of Dust-Off Screen Spray and wipe thoroughly clean with micofiber cloth. NOTE: Slow drip spray formula prevents solution runs down the front of the screen. DO NOT use excessive pressure when wiping down your screen.

Step 3: You can also use Dust-Off Screen Spray to clean the outside case of your screen for a professional clean. Just simply spray and wipe entire shell until dirt and fingerprints are removed.

Cleaning a LaptopStep 1: Turn off laptop. Make sure power is completely off and not in

hibernate mode.

Step 2: Hold in vertical position and spray in short bursts with Dust-Off Duster to blow away dirt and debris.

Step 3: Use Dust-Off Swab to thoroughly clean between keys on keyboard and hard to reach area on laptop.

Step 4: Use Dust-Off Screen Spray and Microfiber Cloth to thoroughly clean laptop screen.

Step 5: Wipe down keyboard and case with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes to remove germs. Also, wipe clean power cord and any additional accessories. DO NOT use Disinfecting Wipes to clean screen.

Cleaning a Copier, Fax or Printer

Step 1: Turn off copier. Make sure power is completely off.

Step 2: Wipe down touch screen interface panel with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes to remove germs.

Step 3: Lift copy cover and wipe down glass surface and surrounding surface areas with Dust-Off Monitor Wipes.

Cleaning Inside a Computer

Step 1: Turn off computer. Make sure power is off. NOTE: Refer to Owners Manual for instructions on how to properly open computer case.

Step 2: With case open, hold Dust-Off Duster in vertical position to blow away dust and debris. Blow from inside out to push dirt out of the computer housing. Use short quick bursts to thoroughly remove dust from fan (make sure fan does not spin when cleaning), CPU and wires where dust has collected.

Step 3: Wipe down entire computer case with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes to remove germs.

Cleaning a Keyboard

Step 1: Turn off computer. Make sure power is completely off.

Step 2: Pick up keyboard. Hold in vertical position. Use Dust-Off Duster to blow away debris.

Step 3: Use Dust-Off Swab to thoroughly clean between keys.

Step 4: Wipe down entire keyboard with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes.

Cleaning a Monitor

Step 1: Turn off monitor. Make sure power is completely off and not in hibernate mode.

Step 2: From 12 inches away, give your monitor 1 to 3 short sprays of Dust-Off Screen Spray and wipe thoroughly clean with micofiber cloth. NOTE: Slow drip spray formula prevents solution runs down the front of the screen and allows for complete and thorough cleaning.

Step 3: If you only have Dust-Off Monitor Wipes, just simply wipe entire monitor until dirt and fingerprints are removed. DO NOT use excessive pressure when wiping down your screen.

Cleaning a Mouse

Step 1: Turn off computer. Make sure power is completely off or unplug from USB port.

Step 2: Pick up mouse. Use Dust-Off Duster to blow away debris from top and bottom.

Step 3: Use Dust-Off Swab to thoroughly clean between any grooves or buttons.

Step 4: Wipe down entire mouse with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes to disinfect from germs.

Cleaning a Classroom Projector

Step 1: Turn off projector. Make sure power is completely off before moving to next step. NOTE: Refer to Owners Manual for instructions on how to properly open projector case.

Step 2: Remove screws from case and open housing.

Step 3: Thoroughly spray fan and bulb screen the inside of your projector with Dust-Off Duster until the remaining dust is gone. Make sure you do not turn the can upside down, which could leak liquid and damage your projector.

Step 4: Replace case and wipe down entire case with Dust-Off Office Surface Disinfecting Wipes.
