Biography

Jade Marcantel joined KBR, Inc. in 2019 as a

Director of Talent Development. She is a native

Texan with degrees from the University of Texas at

Austin and an MBA from the University of

Houston, Bauer School of Business. Jade began

her career in education and more recently held

positions as a PMO and Compliance officer in IT

before moving into HR to direct Talent and

Learning for an oilfield services company. She

enjoys thought-partnering with leaders and

colleagues to design and deliver robust, strategic

programs, processes and systems that propel

both the business and its talent forward.
