Describe how your skills can benefit the prospective employer’s business. 3. e Close. Express your appreciation for the reader’s time and interest, and the promise of future contact. Personalize your introduction to the particular place of business or the person to whom you’re writing. Example: “Your business aracted my interest because I saw that your business sponsored chair massages at the Special Olympics last month.” A cover leer does not take the place of personal contact.
