The shape of the employment ladder is a shape of a pyramid, with the top guys at the top and the volunteers at the bottom. It is public because it is funded by the government which gets the money from TV licences.

Film Industry The Film industry has a wide range of employees, depending on what kind of movie is being produced, depends on what jobs will be needed and how many people are needed. Most films will be filmed in one location over all but if the film is based abroad, some filming will be abroad. If the film is a big budget movie, then there will be lots of workers and the credits last for ever. But if it’s a small budget movie (under £1 million) then there wont be as many workers.

Film Industry You get a lot of people at the top because there are so many different career's in the film industry, so you get a lot of people at the top and a lot more at the bottom. Even when a film is filmed and produced in America it still gets released world wide, for maximum profitability. On average, for every £1spent on a film there is a £12 return.

There are a lot of illegal radio stations which hijack frequency's and play their music. Radio stations normally aim there music and shows at certain ages. Radio one is for most people aged 16 to about 35. Where as Radio 2 is aimed at 35 to about 50 because of the older music which is played and the older DJ’s.

Radio IndustryEach station only needs about four people for each show, so not massive amounts of workers are needed. The local BBC radio station for me is BBC Coventry & Warwickshire. The promotions depend on the time of your show, so if you do the breakfast show or the chart show, you have a good slot for your show; so you get paid more money.
