01 ABOUT THE COMPANY

DESIGN

Our chairs are for demanding people. We want to full fill all the aspects that our costumers want in furniture. Good material, great design, usefulness, good price and of course good service.

We choose designs and colours for more than one season. We want to create a story that will last many years and we can only achieve that by using the best material and make great designs.

02 CHAIRS

THE MATERIAL WE USE

The construction of a chair is made from aluminium thickness 1,3 or 1,5 mm, coated with advanced method of powder coating to protect the surface. The material is strong enough for public use.

The wicker is premium synthetic polyethylene fibre with high flexibility, high tensile strength as well as the UV and weather resistance. The wicker is not toxic and it is environment friendly.

The spun polyester fabric with coating on surface is designed for outdoor furniture cushions. Water and UV resistance, durable and strong, washable and easy to clean. All the cushion have zippers and are easy to maintain.

HOW THE CHAIRS ARE MADE...

Each peace of woven furniture is made by hand. It takes one man to make one chair a day and than it takes a good coffee for many people to use this chair. We leave the coffee to the professionals but when it comes to the chairs, we are the professionals.

3. The WPC flooring is made from under construction and upper and side boards. The length of the upper boards can be 5,75 m and the under construction can be adjusted to all lengths and sizes of the floor.

4. The WPC flooring is eco friendly and 100% recyclable and because the boards do not need special maintenance there is also no possibilities for toxic lacquers to be a threat to nature.

11 FRAMES AND WICKERPOWDER-COATED ALUMINIUM FRAMES

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish which has unsurpassed long lasting quality and resistance to corrosion, abrasion and blistering.

THE RATTAN WICKER

The rattan / wicker we use is premium synthetic polyethylene fibre with high flexibility, high tensile strength as well as UV and weather resistance. It is 100% recyclable and perfect safe for outdoor furniture used for beach, backyards, swing pools and garden. Water Sun creams and lotions are not a problem for the material. No maintenance is required. Simply use a wet cloth to clean the furniture. Soap and some mild detergent are also recommended to use.
