Crispy Butter Chicken
Ingredients
4 cups of boneless chicken sliced into strips (any chicken cut will do, in fact, dark meat works very well especially with the skin on)
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
1In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Fry chicken pieces until brown and crispy.
2Serve with rice or over salad, with pasta or in tacos, or eat as is. Very tasty!!
