ü Certifications (minimum of 5 Consultants)

ü Verified Partner CSAT score of at least 8.5

ü All required Specializations plus half optional Specializations per cloud

ü A Certified Fullforce Solution (Industry only, not including Foundation and Higher Education)

*A project is defined as one in which a customer has returned a CSAT score of 7.0 or higher. *Salesforce will conduct periodic project validations and if a partner is found to have inaccurately represented their work, Salesforce reserves the right to remove the partner from this initiative for a year.
