FEEDBACK ANALYSIS AND REWARD /CORRECTIVE MEASURES TAKEN
• Feedback is collected for all courses.
• Teaching Learning Pedagogy (TLP) is enabled by the students’ feedback system.
• TLP is empowered by in-house examinations, feedback from students, teachers and evaluation of
the quality of teaching learning.
FEEDBACK COLLECTION PROCESS
Both online and offline feedback collection process is in vogue.
Nearly 89% students participate in the feedback process.
Written feedback from the students are collected without loss of identity.
The Principal also verifies and validates the fairness of the feedback system. Types
of Feedback systems followed here are.
1. Feedback conducted by Principal
Principal will monitor by collecting feedback from class representative directly and from other
students if needed.
2. Online Feedback :[Format enclosed]
Under this procedure all students are taken class -wise to the Internet Lab to give feedback
about respective faculty online in official website “amcecpupilpod.ac.in” & dhi software
Generally eight questions are asked and they are required to give the remark like
Excellent, Very Good, Good, Average, Poor.

The teaching-learning progress of every class in each department are evaluated and corrective
actions are taken
STAFF FEEDBACK
The curriculum gaps are reported for further bridging by higher authorities.
The authorities counsel the faculty based on the performance
Self-appraisal forms are filled-up by the faculty every semester.
Faculty members are counselled by the HOD, Dean and Principal for systemic improvement
FEEDBACK ANALYSIS AND REWARDS AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES TAKEN
Self-Appraisal and Faculty performance of faculty members:
Target for each faculty is determined and time limit stipulated.
AMCEC has evolved a metrics for tangible assessment of teaching, research and
administrative activities of the faculty.
Rewards/Awards
Due recognition is given to the contribution made by the faculty members in their
Performance Appraisal under different categories (Teaching-learning, examination results,
responsibilities at Department and Institute level, publication / awards / patents, lectures
delivered / proceedings, funded projects / consultancy services).
The institution identifies the faculty who practices Bloom Taxonomy based innovative
methods by adjudging them as the Best Faculty.
One faculty from each department is chosen for the Best Faculty award every year.
Attrition rate is minimal.
Corrective measures
Counseling will be given to the concerned faculty by HOD and Principal.
Deputing faculty to attend the FDP in IITs and NITs related to subjects handled.

Purpose of Feedback For Total Quality Management (TQM)
FEEDBACK ANALYSIS:
The feedback given by the students is consolidated and analyzed.
The Principal/Administrative officer/HOD discusses about the consolidated report with the
management and come out with necessary actions.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES
The feedback is analyzed and the necessary corrective measures are implemented after
discussions with the management. Some of the corrective actions initiated are:
Student Recreation Centre- 1200 Seating capacity in International Conference Hall
Renovation of Laboratories and classes with modern furniture
Food quality in boys and girls hostel are monitored by hostel welfare committee
Tertiary treatment facility for recycling waste water.

Ned to provide some practical knowledge to students than just teaching textbook syllabus
please do teach the contents which are current in market and required for IT indudtries
