The new CROSS CONSOLIDATOR range from is designed as a simple consolidation system,

either for towing direct behind tractors or as a balanced weight distribution press for when

towing behind cultivators with its extendable drawbar.

The patented cross notching design gives unique 150mm interval notching to crop residue

while ensuring the following drill coulters break through the cross ridge at 90 degrees for great

accuracy.

The simple design ensures all land is treated by the Consolidator, and uses a patented internal

scraper system to encourage immediate dispersal of soil ingress through gaps of the individual

packer wheels.

The packer design renders this machine usable in conditions where other known similar

designs fill with dirt. Clods dispersed from the first roll get a second crumbling, so all the

ground is covered by the Consolidator.

The simple frame design promotes low folding height with a transport width of within 3m,

enabling a compact design of up to 8.5m working width, with double fold giving a working

width of up to 12.4m.

The Cross notching effect of the CONSOLIDATOR is achieved by using a very durable packer

design utilising 12mm HARDOX flutes, which are easily replaceable if wearing occurs, and

ensures quicker break-down of crop residue into humus.
