Ethnocentrism:
• is the tendency to gauge the values, beliefs, and
behaviors of your own culture as superior than
those of other cultures
• people view the ways of their culture as normal and
the ways of other cultures, as bad, wrong, peculiar
Variation of Body and movements:
• Some people like to sit on the other hand some like to
squat
• Walking behaviour and standing up
• Body movement , head movement and eye contact
• Sign (smile is also regarded as a sign)
• Hand shaking and touching, Eye contact
• Left hand is also an important fact
Language:
•Communication problems are caused by the existence
of many language.
•They differ greatly in grammar and syntax.
•Multiple meaning of words.
•Equivalency in translation is difficult.
•Verbal & nonverbal communication.
