21ST AMENDMENT

BREW FREE! OR DIE IPA An aromatic golden IPA that starts with a sucker punch of six dif-ferent hops to the nose, quickly balanced by a

solid malt backbone. Starts big and finishes clean.

FIRESIDE CHAT Fireside Chat is a subtle twist on the tradi-tional seasonal brew —rich, dark, English-style ale.

TASTING NOTES

BITBURGER

PALE LAGER STYLE PILSNER A lightly malty beer with a low hop aroma, this beer is firmly German with bright car-bonation, which helps with the bitter

ness. Light bodied with a crisp finish.

BOULEVARD TANK 7 FARMHOUSE ALE A straw colored, light- to medium-bodied beer with an earthy, spicy, grapefruit aroma

and a soft, sweet malt flavor with a prominent hop bitterness.

ANDERSON VALLEY BOONT AMBER ALE Rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight cara-

mel sweetness. Herbal, spicy bitterness from whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish.

GRAND TETONALE 208 Brewed to be Idaho’s session ale. This crisp drinkable ale has a light malt body and subtle yet citrusy hop character. It’s brewed with 100% Idaho grown grain, hops and pure Idaho spring water.

TETON ALE A full bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Crystal and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Galena hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and robust finish.

HOFBRÄU OKTOBERFESTLots of malt. Slight cinnamon and sweet strawberry. Moderate nuttiness and hop oils. Very smooth. Sugar lace, with a touch of sweet orange and peach. Dry and crisp, with an aroma of slight bitter hops and pistachios.

GREENFLASH SAISON DIEGO Unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, brewed with Seville orange peels, Chinese ginger and grains of paradise. Light, bright, spicy

aromas, lively carbonation and earthy flavors. WEST COAST IPA A menagerie of hops is layered through-out the brewing process: Simcoe for unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centen-nial for pine and citrus notes and Cascade for floral aroma.

GOODLIFE MOUNTAIN RESCUE PALE: A balanced medium caramel-colored malt with floral dry hopping and a slight citrus flavor. DESCENDER IPA: Grapefruit and juniper turn to a flavorful fresh hop character that

balances for a well-rounded IPA.

SWEET AS 100% brewed with hops from the Pacific. Inspired by New Zealand, where "Sweet As " can be used to describe a fishing hole, a ski run, a mountain sunset or a set of legs that happen to be walking in front of you.

AYINGER

ALTBAIRISCH DUNKEL Dark lager with subtle and elusive roasted malt flavor notes that might suggest toffee. Very

inviting, refined, and easy drinking.

GREEN’S GLUTEN-FREE A light-bodied, crisp, clean golden lager.

CROOKED FENCE OATMEAL IPA A true Northwest IPA with a little twist. It’s composed of

about 30% oats for a a great mouth feel and a slight creaminess, along with a nice citrus and floral aroma.

DEVIL’S PICK IPA We use five different hops to make this unfiltered IPA, which is dry hopped with Ahtanum hops to lend a nice floral bouquet with a slight citrus essence.

EVIL HARVEST A very drinkable light/medium body pumpkin ale. A light hand with the spices and yet ever-present malt profile shows as toasty with some pale malt.

GRIM REAPER IMPERIAL BLACK IPA A very dark brown seasonal release.

RUSTY NAIL PALE ALE A balanced Idaho pale ale, blending just the right amount of malted grains and Cascade and Galena Hops, then dry-hopped with Centennial hops.

HUB HOPWORKS IPA A judicious use of the “brewer’s spice” (Amraillo, Centennial and Cascade hops) creates rich and resinous flavors of citrus fruit and pine. The finest

organic malts then bring balance to a Northwest classic.

PIG WAR WHITE IPA Tart, wheat flavors with medium body and signature wheat beer haze. Citrus hop flavors with clean bitterness and a crisp finish.

LAGUINITAS BROWN SHUGGA Originally a failed attempt at our 1997 batch of Olde Gnarly Wine Ale, resulting in an all-new-beer-style we like to call … irresponsible.

IPA Ruthlessly delicious. Homicidally hopped for your drinking enjoyment. Big in flavor with a hoppy-sweet finish that’ll leave you wantin’ another sip.

NINKASI OATIS STOUT Oatmeal stouts are charac-terized by a roasted front flavor, smooth rich oats, a touch of chocolate flavor and dry finish. Oatis is bigger than the traditional

style with more alcohol and more body.OKTOBERFEST The hallmark of this Dortmund-style pale lager is the balance between perceptible Noble hop bitterness and rounded malt flavor; making it deliciously easy to drink.

SLEIGH’R: A delicious Northwest seasonal brewed as a dark double malt. Malty, nourishing and delicious.

NEW BELGIUM ACCUMULATION WHITE IPA A Winter Sea-sonal white IPA that is all about hops and wheat. Tropical aromas from the Mosaic and Amarillo hops spill from the lip.

PUMPKICK ALE Pumpkick is brewed up with plenty of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, but it’s the unexpected kick of cranberries that brightens this traditionally spiced seasonal ale. Some oats were added to cream up the mouthfeel and the finish is quick and dry. RAMPANT IMPERIAL IPA A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and has a finish that is bone-dry. The Mosaic and Calypso hops add stonefruit flavor and Centennials add a citrus note.

OAKSHIRE BREWING

ILL TEMPERED GNOME Take a little gnome home this winter! He's a malty, hoppy brown ale of pure winter deliciousness.

WATERSHED IPA A Northwest-style India Pale Ale highlights our region's best hops. Crisp, dry and re-freshing, this dry-hopped IPA is very smooth and easy to drink.

LINDEMANS FRAMBOISE Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste.

PAYETTE BREWING MUTTON BUSTER BROWN ALE A full-flavored brown ale that’s relatively tame, but fun to ride. Starts with a roasted, nutty sweetness of

cocoa and malt with a mild kick of earthy, hop bitterness.

NORTH FORK LAGER This American Lager has a laid-back personality and pairs well with just about all edibles. Hops bring a mix of woody, green, floral and fruit notes with subtle herb and spice character.

OUTLAW INDIA PALE ALE This American IPA starts with hints of pine, citrus, apricot and a slightly spicy aroma. The malt base makes for a hint of sweet and the finish has a mild hop bitterness.

PAYETTE PALE ALE Brewed heavier on the hops with a prominent floral nose and hints of earth, herb and citrus for a subdued, refreshing sweetness and a clean, pine finish.

SLAUGHTERHOUSE INDIA RED ALE Bold, lively, rugged—this fall seasonal is an India Red Ale featuring Amarillo hops, known for their dark, fruity characteristics. A roasted malt base offsets the hops for a subtle, rich finish.

SALMON RIVER BUZZ BUZZ COFFEE PORTER Deep brown in color and big in body with dark chocolate notes and a mild hop balance. Coffee aroma fills the glass but does not dominate. McTOBERFEST-it’s so good it’s a mystery!

QUIVER IPA Burnt orange in color with medium body and moderate hop tongue. Complex hop flavors abound with solid aroma in the finish.

RIVER BEND MÉRE'S STOUT A delicious, infinitely quaf-fable, dry stout.ROUND THE BEND PALE ALE: A well-bal-anced American-style pale ale brewed with British-base malt and Yakima Valley hops.

SAMUEL SMITH ORGANIC CHOCOLATE STOUT

Beautiful pairing of chocolate and roast barley.

ORGANIC CIDER Apple cider from organic ingredients, offering a clean, dry flavor with an apple-blossom finish.

SUN VALLEY BREWINGCRANKY UBER IPA: A citrusy brew smelling of grapefruit and a piney back-ground with a caramel taste.

OKTOBERFEST: Dark amber beer with floral hops.

STONE BREWINGLEVITATION ALE This deep amber brew has a rich maltiness, big hop-

py character, citrus overtones, and an impressively modest alcohol content for a beer with so much flavor packed into it.

OLD GUARDIAN BARLEY WINE The huge maltiness of this beer is only tamed by an equally prodigious addition of hops, creating a rich, slightly sweet, caramel-hued ale infused with assertive bitterness and bright hop notes.

RUINATION IPA So called because of its truly "ruinous" effect on your palate, this is Stone IPA's big brother, and we mean BIG. An extra-large helping of malt and a lot more hops result in a vibrant blast of citrusy bitterness that hits you on the first sip.

WIDMER BROTHERSOKTO FESTIVAL ALE Loosen your lederhosen, our full-bodied Okto

Festival Ale is inspired by Bavarian Oktoberfest, and we pay fitting tribute with its distinctive malt flavors, mild floral character and crisp clean finish. Prost!

SIERRA NEVADA FROM THE VAULT OKTOBERFEST our adaptation of the German Märzen style done with American flare.

Chestnut in color with a lively roasted malty aroma. Medium bodied for a robust yet easy-drinking experience.

PALE ALE: Deep amber color, full-bodied complex character with generous quantities of premium Cascade hops.

SLANTED ROCK AFTERNOON DELIGHT A golden-colored, light-bodied ale and well-balanced beer with a classic “noble”

aroma. Soft, sweet maltiness is combined with very mild hoppy notes. A highly drinkable, smooth-finished beer.

IRON BUTT RED ALE A well-balanced, medium intensity beer that is beautifully copper in color. Cascade hops add

SAWTOOTH BREWERY OKTOBERFEST Based on the great Oktoberfest beers from Germany, our Oktoberfest is a full malt bodied, slightly

sweet, easy drinking beer for a crisp fall day.

PUMPKIN SPICED CREAM ALE A local, fall classic with the profile of pumpkin pie in a glass. This beer starts with our Ketchum Cream Ale and ages it on pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin pie spice to give it a smooth, clean flavor.

SHEEPHERDER SAISON Traditionally brewed in a farmhouse in the summer to be enjoyed during the harvest, our version is a dry, spicy, French-style saison (meaning season) that pairs well with BBQ, lamb or hot, peppery dishes.

Tamarack Lodge

a slight woody overtone and the intense malts add sweet, burnt sugary notes.

SILHOUETTE DARK ALE A good silhouette can create feelings of excitement, mystery, joy, awe, and even fear. Silhouette Dark has captured many of these emotions in a delicious mixture of dark malts combined with Willamette and Golding hops.
