Day 1 - Saturday Dubrovnik

M/S SPLENDID will be docked in Dubrovnik Gruž harbour where you can boardduring the entire day. Join the welcome meeting at 7:00 p.m. where our cruisedirector will introduce you to the captain, crew and your future fellowpassengers, with whom you will spend a week on board. Welcome dinner willbe served at 7:30 p.m. The embarkation will be possible throughout the day.Passengers arriving in the morning cannot enter their cabins before 1:00 p.m.However, they can leave luggage on board. Captain will wait for all thepassengers arriving late at night and these guests will be provided with adinner.Overnight in Dubrovnik.


Day 2 - Sunday Dubrovnik , Nat ional Park Ml jet

After breakfast, our English speaking guide and coach will come to the pier.Following an organized panoramic drive with a photo stop of breath-takingscenery at a hill above Dubrovnik, we’ll descend to the historical centre ofDubrovnik, the famous city enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage Site, where ourguide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik. After the city touryou’ll be left on your own to explore and enjoy this city, known around theworld as The Pearl of Adriatic. At 12:00 we’ll have a transfer to the ship. Lunchwill be served on board en route to Mljet National Park, where we shall arrivelate in the afternoon. Overnight in Mljet.


Day 3 - Monday Korčula , Nat ional Park Ml jet

This morning you’ll be free to explore National Park Mljet (entrance fees are notincluded), to walk around the Great and Small Lake, visit The Islet of St. Marywith its Benedictine Monastery dating from the 12th century and, of course,take a swim in the heart of this pristine National Park. Lunch will be served onboard as we continue our cruise toward the Island of Korčula, where we shallarrive in the afternoon, docking in the Town of Korčula. This historic town isknown as the birthplace of Marko Polo, one of the most famous world explorersof all times. Our English speaking guide will do Korčula City tour and walk usthrough the town’s charming narrow and cobbled streets. You’ll have the restof the evening free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of yourchoice. Overnight in Korčula Historical Town.


Day 4 - Tuesday Korčula , V is

In the morning, we’ll continue our cruise to the Island of Vis, with a swim stopen route. Arrival to Vis is scheduled for the afternoon. Vis is rather uniquecompared to other Croatian Adriatic islands. Due to its important strategiclocation on the open sea, it served as a military zone for a long time and wasconsequently spared of the usual tourist development. Beautiful beaches,ecological agriculture and preserved traditional architecture make up theadvantages of this remarkable Croatian island. You will have afternoon andevening free in Vis, to enjoy its unspoilt nature and dine in one of family runrestaurants.Overnight in Vis Town.


Day 5 - Wednesday Biševo (Blue Cave) , Hvar , V is

We’ll start our day with a morning cruise towards Island of Biševo and its BlueCave. Originally, the entrance to Blue Cave was located below sea level, whichrequired visitors to dive deeply in order to resurface into the cave’s mysteriousblue depths. Sunbeams penetrating through the cave’s submarine openingget reflected from the white bottom floor, colouring the cave aquamarine andobjects in the water silver, creating a truly stunning and magical naturalphenomenon. However, at times high waves prevent the entrance to BlueCave, which is something we shall not know before the morning designated forour visit. For this reason, entrance fees are paid on the spot – if we ‘all luckyenough to visit the cave! After a swim stop and lunch, we’ll continue cruisingalong many idyllic coves and bays towards Hvar, the sunniest Croatian island.Hvar is one of the most popular and attractive Croatian tourist destinations anda meeting point of the international jet set. Upon our afternoon arrival at Hvar,a local English speaking guide will walk you through the town, introducing youto the island’s way of life, its rich history and culture. You’ll learn how lavenderwas traditionally farmed on Hvar, for many centuries. Afterwards, you’ll be freeto enjoy your evening in Hvar, to explore on your own and dine in one of itsnumerous family owned restaurants or taverns. Overnight in Hvar Historical Town.


Day 6 - Thursday Bol (Brač Is land) , Hvar , Pučišća (Brač Is land)

We’ll start our day with a morning departure towards Bol. Bol is famous forhaving one of the finest European beaches, called Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). Aswe stop in Bol, you can relax in this charming Dalmatian town. Have a walk, acup of coffee or a swim, until lunch is served on board. After lunch we’llcontinue cruising towards Pučišća, with refreshing swim stops en route andlunch served on board. Pučišća is the biggest village on the island of Brač.Nowhere in the system of towns and villages in Dalmatia does terrain play sucha compelling role as in Pučišća. Its spectacular irregularity of steep-sidednatural harbour, authentic Mediterranean architecture and rustic ambience aresimply unforgettable. The fjord-like inlet of Pučišća meets three narrow valleysthat descend from the hills, joining the bay’s quiet and beautiful waters.Pučišća quarry was exploited by Romans in the antiquity, after which it wasabandoned until the reopening in 1455. Stone from Pučišća quarry was used tobuild limestone columns of the White House in Washington DC, ViennaParliament and many other famous buildings around the world. Pučišća is alsohome to the only Croatian Stonemasonry school. Its students carve sculpturesfrom Brač limestone, applying traditional and unconventional tools that havebeen used here for centuries. We shall spend a night in this very quiet town.Enjoy the nightfall, as it unifies the distinct features of Pučišća that haveintrigued us so much in daylight.Overnight in Pučišća.


Day 7 - Fr iday Omiš , Pučišća (Brač Is land) , Spl i t

After breakfast we’ll cruise across the Brač channel to Omiš, an ancient townwith city walls, fortresses and stone churches. Omiš is located at the delta ofCetina River, with its wonderful beaches. For centuries, Omiš was for astronghold of famous pirates, a symbol of retaliation, courage and strength inthe long historical fight against The Republic of Venice. After a relaxed walk inOmiš we’ll have lunch. During the afternoon hours we’ll sail on towards Split,our last stop. Our English speaking guide will do the afternoon Split City tourand walk us through the historical Diocletian’s Palace. The second largesturban centre in Croatia and the seat of the Split- Dalmatia County, Split boasts1700 years of history. Since 1979 the historic centre of Split has been inscribedon the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. City’s historical and cultural buildingsare located inside the walls of the Diocletian’s Palace. After the city tour you willbe left on your own to explore Split and have an intimate farewell dinner onyour own.Overnight in Split Historical Town
