• What audio visual capabilities are available?

• What type of seating and table sizes are available?

DINING

Know and understand what outlets accept reservations. Will the cruise make exceptions for your group? If some restaurants are only o�ered on specific nights, consider negotiating this into your contract.

• What are the seating capacities at each restaurant?

• Is seating open or assigned?

• Is every restaurant open each day of the week? YES NO

• Does event space open to the ship’s deck? YES NO

ALCOHOL

Always keep your attendees’ beverage choices in mind when learning about alcohol o�erings.

WEATHER

Most cruise lines will help prepare you for rain by providing umbrellas. Always ask what the hotel o�ers guests and ensure you understand their policy for weather that a�ects the cruise.

• What will happen if weather delays arrival at a port and excursions cannot operate?

SECURITY

Look for security’s presence as you board the ship. It is important to be comfortable with the level of security and ask questions.

MEDICAL

All cruise lines will have a medical team on the ship. In case of an emergency, it is crucial to learn about the team and its o�erings.

• Are the medical team’s medications approved in the United States? YES NO

• How are life-threatening emergencies handled at sea?
