Statement from the CEO

I have never seen so much innovation take place within a very short period of time in my life. The Cryptosphere is evolving and fast. Just a few years ago the world of crypto currency was primarily known as a fringe hobby for the tech geeks and anarcho-capitalists. Bitcoin was nothing more than ‘magic internet money’ and blockchain was , I don’t know, maybe a car part? Without a doubt the crypto economy has now been born. We are living in constant change - there is no pause button. While there is a misconception that cryptocurrencies are bad for governments and countries, I believe the opposite is true. Blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies will be mainstream. It’s inevitable. Just a matter of time. Early individual adopters have already become billionaires, as evident from the latest issue of Forbes. Binance, a crypto currency exchange Fintech, based in Hong Kong, at 8 months in existence reported about $200 Million US Dollars as their first quarter, 2018 profits beating the German based Deutsche Bank who has been in business for 148 years but reported about $140 Million US Dollars for the same period. The same applies to governments. Early adopters will become new financial leaders of tomorrow. The opportunity is right in front of us, now! In the next 10 years we will be wondering how we managed to live with such primitive existing financial technologies that Traditional Banks are offering us at the moment. Over 33% of credit card payments from Africa to the western world are fraudulent, making western online vendors to refuse to trade with Africans online. Crypto currencies are far more reliable for payments in global trading making all disadvantaged Nations to have Global financial inclusion. Kryptoboy.com will be the first crypto currency Fintech Bank in the nearest future originating from the continent of Africa and the first crypto currency exchange in the Country of Zambia. We have entered a new dawn era and any business or even Nations that will not respond positively to the changes that are now taking place, will be left behind technologically and economically. Kryptoboy.com is registered in Zambia as Kryptoboy Enterprises, Business Registration No. 320180005791, type of business: Other Information Service activities, Other Financial Service activities, except Insurance and Pension funding. Kryptoboy.com is here to make its contribution to a better humanity and a better world for all. We are here to make history, to bring the unbanked population into global financial inclusion, to help businesses around the globe to enter the crypto and tokenization economies and to contribute to the development of the Blockchain Era. Please do not hesitate to talk to me on email: [email protected] or voice or whatsapp directly on phone number +260 954 601896 or via our telegram group link: https://t.me/joinchat/IptN0xJggUGOThNHQmE_EQ I eagerly look forward to your support. Departments Kryptoboy.com will operate as 5 departments, namely; Crypto Currency Exchange, Card Payments, ATM Machines, Crypto Collateral based lending and Asset Tokenization and Trading.

Figure 1. Departments of Kryptoboy.com

Financial Inclusion Around 2 Billion people don’t use formal financial services and more than 50% of adults in the poorest households are unbanked (The World Bank, 2017). Financial inclusion is the key enabler to reducing poverty and boosting prosperity. WBG President Kim has called for universal financial access (UFA) by 2020. Financial inclusion means that individuals and businesses have access to useful and affordable financial products and services that meet their needs – transactions, payments, savings, credit and insurance – delivered in a responsible and sustainable way (The World Bank, 2017). Access to a transaction account is a first step toward broader financial inclusion since it allows people to store money, and send and receive payment. A transaction account can also serve as a gateway to other financial services, which is why ensuring that people worldwide can have access to a transaction account is the focus of the World Bank group’s Universal Financial Access 2020 initiative (The World Bank, 2017).

The map below (Figure 2) shows that access to mobile phone or internet at home has improved in most countries but this improvement has not resulted in a direct proportional improvement in global financial inclusion on the same population.

Figure 2. Global access to mobile phone and internet in the year 2015

Global Access to Mobile Phone & Internet According to the World Bank research done in 2015, most of the planet now has mobile phone & internet access. Third world countries like Zambia now boast of having between 77 to 90% National coverage while most developed countries have almost 100% coverage. The lowest covered areas have at least almost 25 to 77% and these countries are mainly in Africa as shown in figure 2.

Global payments using the Internet Despite the mass adoption of mobile phone and internet across the globe, there has not been a proportional increase in payments using the internet. In order to make everyone on earth to have global financial inclusion, it’s imperative that the internet needs to be the main payment platform for goods and services. Third world countries like Zambia only processed between 1 to 4% of total transactions countrywide through the internet in the year 2015, meaning that the majority of the third world countries are still very globally financially excluded (The World Bank, 2017). Worse still the majority of Africa and parts of Asia including India only processed less than 1 ½ % of their countrywide transactions through the internet in the year 2015.

Use of Debit Cards Debit Card adoption has been very slow in not only less developed countries but also in advanced countries. In 2015 World Bank statistics shows that the majority of earth has only up to about 55% or less debit card usage of their total transactions. Most under developed countries are still very globally financially excluded. Figure 4 shows the payment using debit card report from the World Bank in 2015.

Kryptoboy.com’s Solution Brick and Motor financial institutions do not have any meaningful solution to make everyone here on earth to be globally financially included at the present moment. The only way out is through the emergence of blockchain based Fintechs such as Kryptoboy.com, who are ready to take advantage of new technologies especially crypto currencies and the blockchain to make and process payments locally and internationally. The following table provides a few examples of the advantages of the new blockchain bank compared to any leading traditional bank. Table 1 Differences between a Traditional Bank and a Blockchain Bank Leading Traditional Bank Blockchain Bank Countries of Operation Limited by Capital and Regulation Unlimited, there are no Country boundaries Number of Clients Limited by Systems, Countries of Operation etc. Only technical limitations Scalability Slow and Expensive Fast and Relatively Cheap International Transfers Restricted, slow and expensive Unrestricted, fast and free Transfer Values Restricted Determined by the Individual Cost of Transaction Higher Ultra low if the right crypto currency is used Speed of Transaction Several Days Minutes, almost immediate Withdrawal of funds Takes Several Days especially if the amount is large Minutes Control Centralized Decentralized Control of Funds The Bank The Client Security Trust to the Bank Open Source independently verified Ledger Integration of New services and Partners Difficult and Slow Easy and Fast It is Kryptoboy.com’s belief that no single blockchain Fintech will dominate the new cryptocurrency banking sector, but rather that a network of new innovative players will drive the market forward. Kryptoboy.com’s mission is to bring global financial inclusion to the unbanked population especially of third world Nations and to help make crypto currencies easy to acquire and easy to spend both in 3rd world Countries and in Developed Countries. We believe that the global mass mobile phone and

internet adoption must be made proportional to the internet based payments usage for this world to be 100% globally financially included.

Crypto currency exchange and Debit Cards We intend to have Bitcoin, Ethereum, US Dollar trading pairs to start with. This will also help us in speeding up cross border payments for these people who do not want to buy crypto currency from an online exchange. Crypto Collateral based lending World Bank statistics shows us that collateral based loans are still very common in underdeveloped countries and emerging economies (The World Bank, 2017). Figure 6. SMEs with an outstanding loan or lone of credit Clearly we can see that there is very little SME borrowing taking place in Countries like Zambia, Zimbabwe and most of Asia and Eastern Europe. Crypto collateral based borrowing will enable clients to use their crypto currency as collateral to access loans from Kryptoboy.com without any problem. Kryptoboy.com will simply carry out the necessary Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and service that customer immediately.

Asset Tokenization & Trading As the world embraces the crypto economy, there will be a boom in businesses that would want to own their own crypto tokens for various reasons. Kryptoboy.com is here to develop crypto tokens as loyalty tokens or as crypto currencies on various blockchains depending on which one suites, for any company that needs that service. We see a future where some businesses may want to sell crypto tokens to the general public to help them fund their expansion or to settle a Bank loan , or for any other reason. Members of the general

Page 16: Cryptobank Satoshi 25 - ICORating · 2018-05-29 · Title: Microsoft Word - Cryptobank Satoshi 25 Author: User Created Date: 5/12/2018 6:08:26 PM

public may also want to own a piece of other people’s property or businesses of their interest without gaining equity control even if their contribution amounts to more than 51% of that company’s shares.. Kryptoboy.com is geared and ready to offer these services in all countries were the regulatory laws allow. ICO Promoting – Kryptoboy.com will act as an ICO promoter using its web services to list future and current selling ICOs from anywhere on earth, collect investor contributions on their behalf and provide an escrow service for them. We will write their white paper, develop the token and promote them in every way that we can globally online. We want to be the one stop ICO solution platform.

Software Development We have our own software development capability and we are also going to outsource 2 companies that we are building relations with, to help us build a secure crypto currency exchange linked to a wallet operating system. Our goal is to offer our customers an integrated mobile wallet and debit card solution, a 2 in one, to make it very convenient for our clients to spend their crypto currency. In other words an instant debit card gets inserted into the mobile wallet removing the need for a physical debit card. We will however also give physical Cards to our customers. We intend to track our customers spending habits and offer them loans before they ask us for one.

Our Business Operations and Licenses Kryptoboy.com is a Zambian registered business, however our holding company will be registered in Hong Kong to help us fulfill our Internationalization strategy from a more experienced market. We will apply for the necessary licenses to operate a subsidiary in Zambia, Japan, South Korea, Malta, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe and South Africa to begin with, to help us increase our liquidity and establish our business, then we will further open up subsidiaries across Africa, Asia and South America were most unbanked people reside. Our operations center will be in Zambia because of cheap labour and being our Country of origin. Being a Global Business by nature (Born Global), we intend to make our services available to the entire Globe, especially poor Countries. Abiding to all rules and regulations in each Country we operate in as well as all Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures will be of highest priority as we conduct business. Particularly in Japan, we have been following the Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA) methodologies in improving the crypto currency market in Japan because about 50% of the global crypto currency trade is done there. This means Japan is now the leader in crypto currency business and crypto currency exchanges and businesses operating there will end up as the safest and most trusted on earth. Our Japanese subsidiary will be the benchmark of how all our other subsidiaries will be operating, making the Japanese investment to be the most important investment that we will have to make.

Initial Coin Offering (ICO) During the initial coin offering (ICO), Kryptoboy.com will issue virtual currency tokens called Kryptoboy.com (KBC) on the blockchain operated by a smart contract from 15th May, 2018 as an ICO pre-sale.

Why ICO? There are many arguments why we have chosen to do an initial coin offering instead of alternative ways of raising funds. First, an initial coin offering not only allows us to onboard participants from different parts of the world but also to incentivize them via loyalty rewards for holding our token. Second, tokens provide liquidity since they can be traded in various exchanges that will accept it on their platform after the ICO. Participants can liquidate their position like holding shares in a public listed company. Finally, tokens smart contract enables easy distribution of loyalty rewards which would be hard to process without usage of blockchain technology.

Page 18: Cryptobank Satoshi 25 - ICORating · 2018-05-29 · Title: Microsoft Word - Cryptobank Satoshi 25 Author: User Created Date: 5/12/2018 6:08:26 PM

The Kryptoboy.com token is based on the decentralized Ethereum market standard smart contract ERC 20 token. Kryptoboy.com tokens (KBC) are valid indefinitely and are property of their respective holders. The Kryptoboy.com token will be received as pre-payment for service fees on our platform. Purchase of tokens from the token sale will be done from our website http://www.kryptoboy.com using Ethereum cryptocurrency only because we will use the same address that you send the funds from to send you back the Kryptoboy.com (KBC) token. A hardcap of 625,000 ETH or USD 250,000,000.00 will be placed and the sale would be closed. 1,000,000,000.00 KBC tokens will be sold out of 2,000,000,000.00 which will be created.

Token Sale Period The period of token sale will be 1 month for each phase. The first phase will be a Pre-ICO, then the second stage will be the Main ICO, lastly there will be a Secondary ICO.

Excahange Rate We will be selling our Kryptoboy.com (KBC) coin at 400 KBC to 1 ETH. We will only accept Ethereum because we will use your sending address to send you your KBC tokens. Therefore you are required to shapeshift your other crypto currencies into Ethereum before you send them to us. For those who are not clear google shapeshift.io

Use of funds raised After the ICO, we will employ more people as well as create new teams to fulfill our mission. We have come up with areas where our funds will be spent, namely 5% Cyber Security & Bug Bounties, 10% Software Development, 15% Business Operations and Advisors, 60% Loans Liquidity, 10% Licenses, Partnerships, and Internationalization into key jurisdictions. Mr Roger Ver Mr Roger Ver is popularly known as the Bitcoin Jesus? We first learned about him from a Documentary on youtube where Mr Ver was actually crying that poor people are oppressed by selfish decision makers who run the System of money that their poor governments can’t control and that Bitcoin takes that power away from them, bringing hope to them to live better for the very first time ever. That was very touching to us and it marked the beginning of us finding out more about what Bitcoin was. We have been so inspired by everything that Mr Roger Ver says, we pledge to make regular Donations from our Company profits after tax to any Foundation either setup or supported by him. May God continue blessing him.
