Arrival Day Our crystalline adventure begins with airport transportation from Memorial Hot

Springs to our boutique hotel, The Waters, located in historic downtown Hot Springs. Settle in and rejoin the group for a welcome dinner at 6 p.m.

Throughout our adventure, you will experience how you interact with and react to an energetic

landscape amplified by quartz crystal. When energy rises within and becomes available to the conscious mind, this allows you to fine-tune your creator ability. The path of self-realization starts with you, I ask that you bring a willingness to be self-responsible for your thoughts, feelings, actions and conscious sharing. Our day begins with a water tour, learning about and gathering silica-rich natural spring drinking water to refresh and recalibrate the body, please bring your water bottle. Underneath the city of Hot Springs flows thermal waters naturally heated by the earth. Historically, Native American’s called Hot Springs, “Valley of the Vapors” where 47 naturally hot, about 147-degree water bubbled up to the surface. Today, vapors of steam continue to rise through street vents but most of the 47 springs have been capped. Hydration with naturally balanced spring water, free from added chemicals and rich in minerals are beneficial to energetic integration and assimilation of the crystalline energies experienced thus far. Diogenes of Sinope once quipped in Latin, Solvitur Ambulando, “It is Solved by Walking.” Our early morning, weather permitting, group walk at Garvan Woodland Gardens, a 44-acre botanical woodland garden along the waterways of Lake Hamilton, provides ample room for deep integration.

We will share conscious conversations while taking in spectacular views such as the wildflower meadow, fairy village and as well as their Japanese Garden, rated 5th in North America. We will return to our hotel for lunch and enjoy optional excursions. A couple of hours are set aside for Quapaw Spa services, our group can take advantage of a 60-minute massage or experience the vapor caves and mineral-enriched private baths. By mid-afternoon, we will spend time on Lake Ouachita exploring waterways, swimming in crystalline waters while taking in spectacular views. Joined by local starseeds, we will continue our flow experience. Each activity thus far allows the nervous system to balance, the auric field to expand and strengthen, and for inner stillness to awaken. I am looking forward to sharing clarity, guidance, and assistance in your unfoldment. Dinner options will be explored by the group. Day 3 Solstice Celebration – Wai Ola: Water is Life Group exploration. Friday, June 21st

We begin celebrating the Summer Solstice by connecting to our relationship with water in a private home. Kahu Kehau Hori, a native Hawaiian will guide us in a traditional PI KAI

clearing and blessing ceremony. Cleansing ceremony establishes our relationship with the mana of the water. Our private setting located on the waterway of Lake Hamilton

allows for intimacy and flow as we share group healing, laughter, and nourishment from high-vibe, locally sourced organic food catered for our celebration.

Our solstice adventure continues onto Lake Ouachita which offers 690 miles of shoreline and features one of the largest rock quartz crystal veins in the world. By boat, weather permitting, we will explore islands, swim in crystalline quartz water, and take in spectacular sunset views. Lake Ouachita offers waterways surrounded by small islands and peninsula’s where quartz veins are visible in the rock formations. Remember, everything becomes amplified with quartz, including JOY. We will return to historic downtown for dinner – group decides.

After breakfast, we will explore several opportunities that I have gathered for our group. Among them are an optional crystal dig and a fireside chat with a Tula elder. These events are pending due to the health of both individuals. As our travel dates arrive, more will be shared. Our early afternoon adventure continues onto to Lake Ouachita for our final crystalline swim, spectacular sunset views, and group integration of the energies thus far. Group lunch & dinner options will be explored. The Crystal Dig Option: If the group decides on a crystal dig, and the option is available at the time of our adventure, we will add this fee-based option onto our itinerary, $12 per person. Mount Ida area has produced the largest rock crystal clusters in the world. These crystals when cleaned are extremely clear, colorless, and many without growth pits and etching. Afterward, we will gather the trifecta of mountain spring water at Collier Springs, where three lake streams merge into one. Discover the harmonic resonance of Ouachita National Forest which offers one of the oldest rock formations in the United States. The forest itself is considered the South’s oldest and largest national forest spanning central Arkansas to Southern Oklahoma, approximately 1.8 million acres.

Itinerary continued The Tula Option: We will enjoy a mid-morning swim on Lake Ouachita and our early evening with a fireside chat in our private mountain home. Here we will be greeted by a native Tula to learn what is being gifted for us to know. The Tula tribe are one of the indigenous peoples who once inhabited the Hot Springs area. $10 per person. It is not uncommon for a starseed to encounter etheric members of the Tula Tribe while they visited Mount Ida. It is only fitting, that as we gather water to drink from the landscape that we learn about the “Keepers of Water” and provide a blessing ceremony. According to Manataka.org, “the Tula named the hot springs Manataka (The Unbroken Circle)” and as native history tells us, many warring tribes came to the hot springs area in peace, to heal from the mineral-rich waters and for ceremonial purposes. The Tula welcomed all tribes, acting as spiritual guides and helping their guests on this sacred land.

As time and interest allow, Althea Provost will lovingly close our weekend with a group regression. Our bodies are 60-70% water, let’s continue to explore the inner you. Like the Tula people, we will continue onward as we assist each other to shine our hearts into the world in a more powerful and integrated way.

Payments and Refunds

Payments and Refunds: Tour deposit secures your reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, as group tours are small and space is limited. When you register, considerable administrative work is initiated on your behalf, which includes travel bookings, lodging, communication, planning, and coordination with our tour company, therefore deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required by March 1st, 2019. If you cancel before final payment is due, your final payment will be returned in full, less $650 deposit. If you cancel after final payment is due, your final payment will be forfeited. Payment, in the form of deposit, or partial or full, shall constitute consent to all terms contained here.
