Since you’re inviting me to share in a piece of your life, let me tell you a bit more about my own. I

couldn’t survive without Target, Chipotle burritos, cuddling with my dog, Mr. Mac, gummy worms,

and I try to never schedule a session during a Vikings game. What can I say, priorities are priorities!

As a wedding photographer, I strive to capture

the essence of your relationship throughout

your wedding day. Shooting a mix between

photojournalistic and editorial wedding

Engagement Sessions are available in all of the collections or can be

purchased a la carte. Whether you’re “Cool Vintage” or “Sophisticated

Chic”, our laidback, relaxed session will capture the root of who

you are as a couple. Your true personalities will shine through! The

average session lasts about two hours, and you’re more than welcome

to bring a change of clothes for a variety of looks.

Do you provide the digital files to the client? Are these images retouched? Based on the strength of the images, and how they document your wedding story, I’ll begin to narrow down the entirety of photographs taken at your event. From there, I carefully edit each image by cropping, color-correcting and transferring many into my signature black-and-white style. You will receive these high resolution color correct images on your wedding CD. These images are for personal use only and include a print release. More intensive retouching is complimentary with ordered prints or products, as well as for images selected for your album.

Do you offer a Photo Booth?A photo booth is not available in any of my wedding collections; however, as part-owner of sister company, The Minnesota Photo Booth Company, I do offer the opportunity to book an authentic-style photo booth at a discounted rate. Any client who books wedding services through Crystal Rose Photography qualifies for 10% off of their photo booth rental at www.minnesotaphotoboothcompany.com. We love your work! How do we hire you?Booking with Crystal Rose Photography and securing a date is as simple as supplying a 25% non-refundable retainer and signing a contract. The next 25% is due six months prior to the wedding, with the final balance to be paid two weeks before the wedding. Dates are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens after we book with Crystal Rose Photography?You’ll receive an e-mail link to your private client site where you can electronically sign your contract, update contact and wedding information and view updated payment statements and invoices.

If you purchase a collection with an engagement session, please contact me to schedule the appointment. Engagement photos are perfect for Save the Date cards, magnets and guest books, so take them early and get your wedding preparations started! I suggest booking this session 4-6 weeks ahead, especially if you have a specific date, location or season in mind.

Three months prior to your wedding you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire via your client site to help determine the schedule of your special day. This will help me put together a timeline and shot list that best allows me to capture the important details of your wedding. I’ll also arrange a final client consultation via phone. This can often be at the reception/church 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding.
