How to PrepareYou will need to have three credentials to log in to CSBExec on Monday, August 17th:• Customer ID

Your Customer ID has been sent to the corporate administrator’s email address. • Current User ID*

CSBExec User ID’s must be 12 digits or less and must not include special characters. You may change your User ID before August 17th by selecting the following options from the main screen of our current online system: “Settings” > “Single Sign-on ID” > Enter “New ID” > Click “Submit”. If you do not change your User ID to meet the criteria before August 17th, your first login to the system will require you to automatically drop any special characters in your current ID and reduce it (if necessary) to a maximum of 12 digits.

Example: Current: #myonlineaccount@4 Auto Adjusted: myonlineacco • User Password

The initial password for all users will be the last 6 digits of your company’s tax identification number. After entering this information, you will be prompted to change your user password. NOTE: User passwords must be 8-24 characters, alphanumeric, include one special character, one upper and one lower case letter.

Actions to Perform Prior to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14th:• Review Current ACH Files

ACH files must consist of all credit or all debit transactions. If your ACH file(s) include credits and debits, you must delete either the credit(s) or debit(s). Transmit ACH files and wire transfer requests to the bank by 4:00 p.m.

• Save Statements Statement history will not be converted so save your current statement information for your reference. Customer records, up to the most recent seven years, will be maintained by the bank. Please be advised that your access to estatements will be temporarily interrupted. We will be providing paper statements while the estatement remains unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience this may cause.

• Positive Pay Files Before importing your issue file, you must add a new column to your file. This column must include an “I” if the check is an issue and a “V” if the check is to be voided. Additionally, leading zeros in the account number field should be deleted.

Quick CSBExec Conversion FactsBill Payment Service:Bill Payment service will not change and current scheduled payments will remain the same within CSBExec.

Account Balance and Transaction Data:On August 17th, 90 days of account history will be accessible in your CSBExec profile. Thereafter, CSBExec will accumulate and maintain a rolling 365 calendar days of history.

ACH Services:ACH Templates will be converted to CSBExec.

Wire Services:Wire Templates will be converted to CSBExec.

Your NEW CSBExec Login Page

Effective Monday, August 17th the look of the Business Banking login box on the CSB homepage will change slightly. Effective 8:00 a.m. on this date you will log in as follows:

CSBExec Login

• Your Company ID has been sent via email to your corporate administrator.

• Your current User ID will remain the same; however, if your Current ID is more than 12 digits and contains special characters it must be changed by August 17th. (Reference Page 4 for full details)

• Your User Password will be the last six digits of the Company’s TIN at initial login, and you will then be prompted to change it.

Smartphones & Tablet Users

On Monday, August 17th:

To utilize smartphones and tablets to access online account information, you must first login to CSBExec from the CSB website, myCSBonline.com. Accept the terms and conditions, set up your security questions and change your user password. (Note: Users must be given permission by the corporate administrator before using mobile banking services.)

After logging into CSBExec from the website, you can then utilize other devices to perform the following functions:• review balances and transactions • approve wire transfers and ACH files • transfer money between company accounts at CSB • make loan payments • receive alerts

NOTE: Mobile and Tablet Apps will be available in Google Play and the App store on August 17th.

System Navigation is easy. The system is intuitive and this Conversion & Navigation Guide provide system details for Users seeking more information to take advantage of all the functionality of CSBExec.

ACCOUNT BALANCES AND TRANSACTION USERS

• Balances and transaction information is available by selecting Dashboard Services and Transactions & Reports.

BILL PAY USERS

• Access ACH services by selecting Payments & Deposits menu.• Access to Bill Pay is available in CSBExec by selecting Payments & Deposits and then selecting Business

PaymentsPlus.

ACH USERS

• CSBExec requires the User to follow these easy steps to send an ACH file to the bank:

ACH Batch, ACH Activation and ACH ApprovalStep 1: Select Payments & Deposits >>ACH Batches -Select a current batch or add a batch and create new transactions and a new batch. Note: Be sure that each transaction includes a Participant ID such as an employee number in a payroll file or a customer number for business to business payments. The batch must be “unbalanced”; all credit or all debit entries.

Or to create a batch by importing a file:

Select Payments & Deposits >>ACH Import – If you need to import payment information to create a batch, select one of the maps available and import your payment information into the system. Once this mapping is complete, enter a batch name and code and accept the batch. The batch must be “unbalanced”; all credit or all debit entries.

Step 2: Select Payments & Deposits > ACH Batch Activation – Select the batch(es) created and activate the batch(es). You will be diverted to a screen that will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode and continue with Batch Activation.

Step 3: Select Payments & Deposits > ACH Batch Approval –Select the activated batch(es) that require approval. You will be diverted to a screen that will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode and continue with Batch Approval.

REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE (RDC) USERS:• Users can login to the current RDC website to access the service. Users can also request direct access to

RDC through CSBExec (convenient single sign-on). To request RDC single sign-on, send us an email at [email protected] and request RDC single sign-on services.

POSITIVE PAY USERS:• Select Risk Management > Positive Pay Exceptions to review and disposition daily Positive Pay Exceptions.

Review exceptions and make decisions to return or pay exceptions. Before your decisions can be submitted to the bank, you will be diverted to the one-time passcode page. The page will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode provided and submit your Positive Pay decisions.

• Select Risk Management > Positive Pay Import to create a Positive Pay check issue file. Before importing issue information, add a column to your file entitled “Issue/Void Indicator”. The column should include an “I” for entries that are check issues and a “V” for those entries that are voided checks. Additionally, remove leading zeros from the account number field. Before your issue file can be submitted to the bank, you will be diverted to the one-time passcode page. The page will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode provided and submit your Positive Pay Issue file.

USER ACCOUNT ALERTS

• Select Risk Management > Alerts to activate account alerts.

WIRE TRANSFER USERS

Note: The bank will continue our security practice of calling the company to verify certain outgoing wire transfers.

• Select Payments & Deposits > Wire Transfer to create a Free Form wire transfer. Before you can create a Free Form wire, you will be diverted to the one-time passcode screen. The page will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode provided and you will then be returned to the input screen and can create a Free Form wire transfer.

• Select Payments & Deposits > Wire Templates to access current wire templates or to create a new template.

• Select Payments & Deposits > Wire Approval, to approve a wire transfer. Before you can approve a wire transfer, you will be diverted to the one-time passcode screen. The page will allow you to key in a telephone number to receive a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode provided and you will then be returned to the wire transfer approval screen and can proceed with the wire approval function.

UPDATE MY USER SETTINGS

• Select Update My User Settings to change your profile information in CSBExec. Before you can make changes to your User Profile in CSBExec, you will be diverted to the one-time passcode screen. The page will allow you to request a one-time passcode via text or voicemail. Select the delivery method of your one-time passcode and within a few seconds you will receive a passcode. Key in the passcode provided and you will then be returned to the Update My User Settings screen and can proceed to make changes to your User Profile.

• Smart Phone and Tablet Allows Users to access information and conduct business anywhere and anytime. When away from the office you can remain informed and connected to your CSB account information and payments.

• Federal and State Tax Payment Templates Available through CSBExec. The templates allow Users to easily send payments and payment data in a standard format to many taxing authorities.

• Account History At conversion, 90 days of history will be available. Thereafter, CSBExec will accumulate and maintain a rolling 365 calendar days of history. Users are provided with convenient access to records to create reports, conduct research and simplify other operational functions.

• Reports Standard or customized to your needs and saved for daily, weekly or monthly use. Cash flow reports using current day data can be used to determine the company’s net cash position throughout the day.

• Security Features Built in so there’s no need to use a separate security token with CSBExec. One-time passcodes are requested by and promptly delivered to Users before Wires, ACH files, and positive pay files can be sent to the bank for processing. One-time passcodes are also generated before a User’s profile information can be changed.

• Automated File Validation With the use of one-time passcodes, we have eliminated the need to call CSB to validate ACH files and wire transfers.

• Trusteer™ Software provided to all CSBExec Users free of charge. It checks for malware so malicious attacks can be identified and appropriate action taken. Look for the Trusteer™ notice to download the software after you log in to CSBExec.

• Control Functions Accessed within CSBExec and only by the Company Administrator, this function provides oversight of Users’ access to account information and payment initiation and adds another method of layering security, at the Administrator’s discretion, to the company’s use of CSBExec.

• Warehousing Create wire transfers and activate ACH batches up to 30 days in advance of the payment due dates. These requests will be warehoused until the processing date selected and automatically sent to the appropriate user for approval.

• Single Sign-On - Remote Deposit Capture Available to Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers. With CSBExec, there is no need to access the RDC website to sign on. Users can access the service by selecting the Remote Deposit Capture Service in CSBExec and begin using RDC. Contact Treasury Services to activate this feature.
