The use of compound semiconductor devices continues to grow in applications in several different markets. Obviously, 5G communications and new energy vehicles will continue to be an area with high growth prospects. Mini-LED and Micro-LED display applications are also another market with very good development opportunities. In addition to these mature applications, the use of compound semiconductor devices is also developing in several new markets, including rail transit, power transmission and distribution systems, and unmanned driving technology, among others.
